I have been working with Kim since my early 20's and she has consistently been my go to with anything I have needed travel related.

When my wife and I were in school and needed to get away, she helped us find vacation options that fit our limited budget. Throughout the years she has adapted and morphed to our wants and budget allowances.

About 2 and a half years ago, my wife and I packed up and moved to Raleigh, North Carolina and we just recently came back from the greatest vacation we have ever taken. It was a surprise 30th birthday trip for my wife and Kim took care of everything. Even over e-mail she is one of the greatest assets I have in my arsenal.

As an accountant and frugal consumer, there is no doubt as to the value Kim brings to the table. I often do my own research and pricing and Kim consistently offers comparable pricing, often times even better while adding additional perks she can offer through relationships with the varying travel providers.

We had 15 people anxiously looking forward to a week of "fun in the sun" together on the Norwegian Getaway out of Miami October 24 - 31. Kim Sgambato, travel agent, Donovan Travel did a superb job putting together this much anticipated adventure. We had several first time cruisers and Kim was always available for the many questions we had, kept us informed via e-mail, printed all our documents, sent little goodies to us prior to the cruise and had a beach bag of goodies for us upon arrival. Thanks Kim! What a wonderful time the fifteen of us had sharing this cruise and ending each day on our balcony or the upper deck watching the Norwegian summer sun sets. Beautiful, just beautiful.

Kim is amazing. We have booked several vacations with her. She has made EVERY vacation easy, amazing and has allowed us to make unbelievable memories. My family and I will not go to anyone else for our travel needs. Especially our Disney vacations that we have booked with her I cannot put into words. Seeing the happiness through my children's eyes was priceless and it was all thanks to Kim. I am very excited to plan my next Disney vacation for 2017 with Kim.
