My husband I planned to book a last minute vacation for our anniversary. We have used Heather in the past and reached out to her for ideas. She got back to us very quickly! Gave us many options within our budget and location. We had to move the dates around many times and she helped us quickly and with no hesitation. She found us a beautiful resort with such a fabulous price! She always answered my last minute calls and answered my questions! I highly recommend Heather!

Heather worked so well with us to find the best fit for us and the family we vacationed with! She was open and adaptable to the changes we needed made and always available for our questions throughout the trip. We loved Sapphire Falls Resort and the fast passes she suggested for the park were well worth the expense.

First ever cruise and epic universe

I was referred to Heather by a friend who had used her numerous times. This was our first Disney cruise, first cruise overall actually. Wasn’t comfortable booking ourselves since this was our first. Heather did not disappoint. We weren’t flexible at all with our dates and Heather was able to find us the perfect cruise within our dates and also get us booked for a Universal trip before we set sail. Would definitely recommend first time cruisers to use Heather.

From the initial planning to the morning of the trip, everything went smoothly. Heather helped us with choosing a destination based on our criteria, helped up narrow it down and all we had to do was pay and make sure our passports were up-to- date (which she reminded us!). Heather was brilliant and spot-on in every aspect of our Disneyland trip-planning. She also was marvelous to work with. Heather guided us in choosing the perfect hotel, restaurants and park reservations for a “three generation” family trip for seven (from us grandparents to our three month-old grandchild). This was our second successful trip working with Heather. She is on the ball, doesn't miss a beat and is quick to respond to emails/questions.
We stayed on the property. It was easy to find places to eat (reservations are a good idea at popular restaurants). We were a short walk from the parks and Downtown Disney.
We used the Disney Genie service. It worked well and allowed to hit all our desired attractions.
