After posting my desperation for help on planning a trip to my local community page, I got a few recommendations for Sherri. She contacted me right away and jumped right into planning our trip. She made the process super easy and eliminated any anxiety I had about Disney planning. After she ran some ideas past me, we sat down and she handed me and amazing plan that allowed us to head to Florida feeling prepared. On top of everything, she encouraged me to call if we should run into any questions or issues on the trip! “In 2015, I took my family to Disney World. While it was amazing, the planning and stress was a lot for me to handle, and I didn't enjoy myself nearly as much as I wanted to. Being from Collinsville, we would pass Wish Upon A Star With Us almost daily, and I decided to call them to see what they could do for us. I was put in touch with Sherri. This was still in 2015 (I'm a super over-planner) and I explained that we wanted to return to Disney in 2017. She worked with us for the entire 2 years. For awhile it was almost daily, as I have grandiose plans, with a not grandiose budget. She was never frustrated, answered all of my questions, and made my crazy plans come to fruition. In June of this year we went to WDW. It was, hands down, the smoothest, most relaxing trip I've had. Sherri took care of things I hadn't even thought about. I can't say enough about her level of knowledge and care. I will work with her in the future, and I will tell everyone I know to work with her too.

I have worked with Sherri with our past 3 trips. Once for WDW and the other 2 were Disney Cruises. She helped tremendously!

She made everything so easy! We literally did nothing but pick out what we wanted to do. She made sure we received the top things on our lists and it was stress free! It was my daughter’s first trip to Disney and my 3rd. I wouldn’t do another major trip like this without help from Sherri!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your help in planning our trip to Universal! We had a fabulous time! The boys loved the convenience of being able to walk or taxi to the parks, and being able to come back to the room and rest in the afternoon. I enjoyed lounging by the pool and reading my book. We had dinner each evening at City Walk. Margaritaville was our favorite with amazing customer service and phenomenal food. Hard Rock was a close second.

You made everything so simple and helpful…again thank you for the coffee. Our feet and lack of sleep definitely caught up. Also the night of MNSSHP our magic bands didn’t work so we needed the Confirmation code you set up!

Yachtsman’s was delicious. I 10/10 recommend for special occasions since it’s pretty pricey but well worth it. Our server was so nice. Overall all our dining and character dining worked out great on times as well. It was nice to get to ride the skyliner/monorail. We also took the boat after the skyliner to get to Yachtsman’s since it was still a bit of a walk.

Thank you so much for all your help and we definitely said in the future since we know what we’re getting into a little better now we’ll be using you as our travel agent in the future!

Sherri made our vacation to Hawaii into a wonderful experience. We hate planning and she took care of the excursions, flight planning, and eliminated all the anxiety that we experience when we try to plan things on our own. She did so with limited time and constantly communicated with us as she prepared the trip. She was fantastic!

My wife and I decided to send a family who helped us out with a life changing action that saved my life. As a small token of our appreciation we wanted to send them on a nice family vacation. Sherri Franklin went above and beyond to plan a trip that checked all the boxes for them. Sherry, did a great job planning our trip to Hawaii. She gave choices for lodging & activities. There were 3 couples & she found us a fantastic condo in the perfect location. We had private transportation & our own tour guide for Pearl Harbor. She got our money refunded when it poured down rain when the food was served.

Sherri has made several vacations for us so stress free and wonderful. Any questions or concerns we had she made us a priority. We will continue to have Sherri help us with our future travel plans, including later this year. She is amazing and wonderful to work with.

Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Sherri was great to work with. I told her what we were looking for and she gave me options in an easy to read format. We were able to review the choices and decide what we wanted to do. Sherri was always there to answer questions and explain things. 2 days before we left, Sherri called and walked me thru the full itinerary and shared a lot of Disney expertise. She shared little tidbits to make our trip smoother and more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time, and appreciate all Sherri did to make it a great trip.
