Jillian helped us plan one of our best trips ever! She had inside knowledge for great lodging and unique experiences along the way. This was our 30th Anniversary trip to the Big 5 National Parks in Utah. We stayed in fabulous hotels, glamped and almost stayed in a teepee, but chose a wonderful cabin instead. Jillian arranged for special little surprises along the way. We couldn't have planned a trip like this ourselves. She made it so memorable!!

Jillian helped us plan our trip to Hawaii. We had never been to Hawaii. Jillian made excellent recommendations regarding where to stay and what to do while we were there. She booked our flights and hotels. She made planning the trip very easy for us. It was easy to communicate with her, and she even communicated with me while she was on a trip herself.

Jillian was absolutely phenomenal, and I will never plan a trip like this without her! She organized everything for me, and didn’t leave one detail behind. I gave her a price range, told her I was traveling with my 22 year old kids and what we were all hoping for, and then she went to town! She sent me a few options, I made the selection, and a month later we found ourselves having the absolute most terrific time in the Dominican Republic! Jill is extremely knowledgable and takes her time to find the best value for your money. I traveled to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the Maldives. Jill pays great attention to detail and safety. She arranged an amazing trip with guides who were informative and knew the culture. I was able to get the most of all locations within the amount of time I could take. I felt I got to see the best and didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed. Off roading in the desert, camel camps/rides, sand boarding, great food and entertainment, Ferrari tour in Dubai, Emirates Palace, Dubai mall, Souks, Bollywood theme park, top of Burj Dubai Khalifa, snorkeling/scuba diving, kayaking, Greyhound tour, over the water ocean villa, live entertainment in the desert. It was truly a once in a life time trip and I highly recommend utilizing Jill's services to get the most out of your trip! She provides more than any online discount site could, real advice and expertise.

Jillian was Amazing! She really put some work in for our trip. We had a destination Bachelorette party of 17 girls. With that many people and last minute additions there’s bound to be mishaps. If there was, we weren’t aware because Jillian handled it all. The night before the trip we had last minute questions and even at 11pm, she responded promptly. My parents had come over this summer and my hope was to show them the best time of their life. Jillian and I had several discussions where she was able to outline the benefits of doing a rail/road tours as compared to cruise only. She showed great patience in hearing my concerns, questions and was able to point me to wealth of resources to plan my trip. She was able to really cater the tour to fit my parent's needs and was able to give us a lot of tips in regards to the weather, food and things to do. Before and during the trip, she did several check-ins with us to make sure we had everything covered.

After our amazing Honeymoon in Italy, how do I even begin to review how wonderful Jillian was? She singlehandedly coordinated the best trip of our entire lives.

Jillian is excellent at what she does. She planned our Puerto Rico trip and it was thoroughly planned, I can tell that she spent a lot of time doing the research to find the unique spots that I wanted to see. She also listed the recommended restaurants and the list of foods to try. The app was so helpful, it had the full details of the trip and it was very easy to follow and everything I needed (the documents, the passes, etc) were all in one place and easy to access. I wouldn't trust anyone else to plan my trip in the future and highly recommend Jillian for your future trips!

Jillian was great to work with. She helped me build a custom trip with six stops in Europe for my family of four in June 2020. She worked with me to find the best deals and even during a hiccup with the wrong name on an airline ticket, Jillian was able to work magic. It was going to be an awesome trip, at least until COVID-19 changed all our plans. Even then, Jillian was amazing and helped us with refunds and cancellations. I can't imagine having to do that all on my own. She was a great partner and I can't wait to reschedule our trip with her.

Jillian was very patient; we started with a general idea of what we wanted and she suggested a variety of options that worked for the entire family. We ended up with a fabulous trip that exceeded our family's expectations.

I was skeptical about hiring a travel agent to plan a trip, but my husband found Jillian and as soon as we had our first phone call, I realized how much time and effort she would save us for very little money. Jillian knew the trade-offs of train vs. plane, of where to stay and how to maximize our time. She was quick with answers and superb with advice about Costa Brava and Barcelona. She encouraged us to talk about what each family member wanted to do and then put together a plan that made us all ecstatic. Plus the app reduced any minor worries about paper work, check-ins, and transitions from one place to the next.

We worked with Jillian when looking to set up a trip to escape the cold this winter. We were looking at options and reviews on our own and then asked for Jillian's assistance. She listened to our "wants" and then shared five different options that we had never even considered. What was helpful is that Jillian had personally visited some of these resorts previously, and a couple of others were visited by her past clients. We reviewed all of the resort information she provided, zeroed it down to one location, and quite frankly, had an absolute fantastic time. I can never say enough about working with Jillian! I would not feel comfortable leaving the country without her, especially with all the new rules/regulations for travel. I watched many travelers that were unaware of requirements that were held up trying to complete forms.
We were traveling for my Birthday. Our trip started in Isla Mujeres, took us to Cancun, and ended in Riviera Maya. Customized from the very start. Transportation waiting to pick us up with a Birthday sign and flowers all set up by Jillian. All hotels were aware of my Birthday and I had special little surprises throughout the trip.
I had the customized app Axus for the trip as well. This is a wonderful app that allows you to track all of your trips but more importantly provided documents and an itinerary all in one spot. I could look at my flight number/departure time, names of transportation, hotels, etc. A must for any future trip! I highly recommend Jillian. Lifetime memories!

Jillian catered to our needs and went above and beyond expectations. The excursion she booked for our family of 5 was breath taking, scenic for us to cherish memories. She kept herself available through the process for any changes and took care of all our needs with little effort on our part.

Jillian took the time to get to know me as a person to help me plan the perfect vacation for me and my family. Our vacation was planned during COVID. Jillian assisted me in changing all my travel plans and continued to check on me through the quarantine months. When Oct came, she guided me in making the decision to move forward with our plans. Our resort was perfect, our exertion was amazing! Then Hurricane Delta came upon us with fierce force. We had to evacuate to a different Karisma resort an hour south. Jillian was able to communicate with the resort, airport, etc . to keep us abreast of the situation and to check on us. She even took my mother's contact to reach out to her if we lost service. She went so far above and beyond, I felt as though I had a friend on my side watching over me. I wish I could find better words to express how highly I would recommend her.

My business trip came up very last minute, with which Jillian was helpful and responsive. She then went the extra mile when the whole trip had to be rerouted given coronavirus (I was flying to Bangkok through China). She was incredibly responsive even after hours and while being on a trip herself. I'm highly impressed with her customer service and look forward to continuing to work with her.
