from the first day of sitting down with Vicki she kept us informed,Vicki would answer all our question right down to # of suitcases to take on plane and bus. She also helped with who would pick us up at airport when we arrived in Scotland and when we were to leave Ireland she had us with a driver also we had no worries. during the trip everything went very well. Vicki is amazing at what she does. She is so detailed oriented so everything is done and there are no surprises. She sends e mails to let you know what you should be doing on your end and is always available to help if there is a crisis. She supplies an itinerary you can leave with a family member so they know where you are. We had never been to the pacific side of Mexico, thoroughly enjoyed the resort and the beach. We could walk on the beach for miles. The weather was perfect 26 to 28 everyday.

She goes above and beyond keeping you up to date on information at the resort, renovations closures ect. As well providing options that you need prior to leaving ie) medical insurance. She even sent out a suggested pack list, and there were items i would have never thought to bring, that we ended up using down there. From start to finish, Vicki has been nothing short of wonderful. Organizing the 3 groups of us with 2 young children was no easy task but she handled it all with perfection, especially when we had our regular flights home cancelled the day before. During our first called my wife and I knew that she was going to be a huge help with the logistics of getting all of our guests from NAM and the EU to Mexico. Thank goodness for Vicki! She came to us via a friend who booked their wedding through her. I needed assistance with booking flights for myself, my son and my parents who live in BC.
