Always quick to respond to any concerns I have like when I noticed our train would not return in time for our train for Ann Arbor, Jessica promptly got a hold of Amtrak and second a free hotel in Chicago for the night so we could get the next train to Ann Arbor the next day!

I first found her from a Michigan Bridal group on Facebook and decided to reach out to her on one of her posts. She was easy to work with and sent multiple travel options of different vacation packages within my budget. This was my first time traveling out of the country as an adult and Jessica helped my husband and I prepare for everything we needed and things we needed to know for our trip to Cancun, Mexico. Jessica was thorough in following up and explaining certain processes or tips she had for us. We had a wonderful trip and everything worked out effortlessly due to Jessica's planning and suggestions. We wanted a long weekend get a way with our grown children.. Vegas was fun.. Jessica gave us several hotel choices, airlines and things to do.. we had a great time at the Grand Canyon, Murder Mystery dinner, Drag Queen lunch and of course shopping on the main strip.. what would Vegas be without a trip to Fremont Street to zip line ... and with that, Jessica is working on our next vacation..
