Brenda is friendly, informative, and gets the job done. Nice to have experience, especially if traveling out of the US. It would be nice to have a one-way flight to Belize City. The Tropic Air flight from Belize City to Placencia was an adventure in itself. Fun to see the countryside from a few miles up. Chabil Mar was a terrific resort! Very friendly staff and absolutely beautiful grounds and rooms. Would definitely recommend the sea view suite, with a comfortable deck viewing the Caribbean. Fishing with "On The Hook" was good, but you really need to spray yourself for sand flies before getting off boat to go onto the island for lunch. Our King Mackerel was cooked to perfection by Chabil Mar, with delicious coconut rice and veggies. Took the three hour trip to see Mayan ruins, and it was a fun day. Rented golf cart for 24 hours from Chabil Mar, for a fun afternoon outing, then trip to Placencia Village the next morning for breakfast. Placencia is an interesting village.

Brenda is always working hard to get the trip we request to be the best for our family. She knows our family and remembers things that we sometimes forget to ask about. Brenda is very friendly. We would recommend her to our friends.

It is not uncommon for her to make the first contact with us when, anticipating our next trip, she has travel information and prices that she believes are of interest to us as we begin planning our next get-away. When we are prepared to schedule a trip, Brenda has always been quick to respond to our inquiries and keeps us advised of any new airline regulations that might have been put into place since our last trip. She can make any arrangements we need during our trip including a shuttle from one city to another. Her guidance makes our travel really worry-free!

Brenda has always called us by our first names the minute that we walk in the door. We throw things out to her (budget wise, beaches, all inclusive) and she plans the best vacations for my husband and I. We have done lots of trips through her. Last summer, I just emailed her and told her that we wanted to take our granddaughter to Disney World. I told her that I wanted to stay off of the properties but still close. A hotel that would keep our 6 year old granddaughter busy. She came back with the Nickelodeon Resort. It was so perfect!!!!! We have never been disappointed!!!!! We definitely rate her a 5+!!!!!!!! Brenda was very helpful and put us right on the correct cruise we were looking for. She responded back to us very quickly via email since we did not live close to her. Her suggestions about transportation to and from airport, hotel and ships was very helpful. We loved the hotel in Port of Miami and were able to walk to the market place for dinner. The ship was excellent and not too large for walking around. The air travel was good. We look forward to planning our next one.

We would recommend the embassy suits on wakiki great service with breakfast buffet the helped us with rent a car right across the street to taxi service shuttle service to pearl harbor diamond head. shuttle service to and from the airport so easy.could'nt have asked for abetter trip. we will definitely call on Brenda for our next trip.we would like to thank her for everything, On a scale of 1-5 {5}

Brenda is the best travel agent ever! I looked on line to find out pricing for our flight which was about $350. I then contacted Brenda who was able to get us a flight PLUS a 2 bedroom suite in a NICE hotel for less money than the original flight I found. The hotel had a free shuttle to Universal Studios, which was a nice surprise.
