Brita helped us achieve our goal of traveling through the Alps from Munich to Bolzano to Genoa. She secured us reasonably priced flights from the U.S. to Germany, and arranged for our hotels in Munich, Bolzano and Genoa. From Munich, we rode the trains to Bolzano, Verona, Milan, Turin and Genoa. The flight back from Genoa through Munich to the U.S. was challenging but we nonetheless made it back to Eugene safe and sound and ready for a week of recovering from jet lag.

Brita was helpful and reassuring from the beginning of our conversations. We primarily needed some help in narrowing down flight options and exploring various transportation options once we arrived in the various countries (car rental, trains, ferries, etc.). At one point when we were looking for a lodging option near Gatwick airport (London area), she suggested a guest house where another client had stayed--a stellar recommendation! She was kind and encouraging, always willing to respond in a timely manner to my questions, also reminding me of any deadlines, checking in with me as we got closer to the departure date for our 5 week trip (Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England, Iceland). We hadn't used a travel agent for many years, and I found it to be a really positive experience--thank you Brita!
