Best Honeymoon

Brook has been amazing with helping my husband I plan our dream honeymoon. We knew that an "adults only" resort was our idea for romance, but we didn't know where to start. We both have very busy schedules, so planning a dream vacation was difficult. Thankfully, Brook was able to assist every step of the way. This includes finding the best resorts, flights; and even preparing us with documents/checklist for a trip out of the country. Couldn't have a had a better time planning a vacation than we did with Brook!
She was always available to answer all of our questions, as well as answer questions we didn't even know we needed to ask. She shared with us all of the tips and tricks for our Sandals vacation, found us great deals, and even set us up with a concierge service when we arrived at the airport. She kept in touch with us in the months leading up to our vacation date, kept us on track for any travel documents that were needed, checked in with us to make sure we arrived and everything was what we were expecting, and even checked in to make sure we made it home and had a great time.

Best Family Trip to Spain!

The trip was fantastic! Lots of traveling about but we had an aggressive agenda. Logistics went off without one hitch. Everyone really enjoyed the assorted tours we did…something for everyone. The food was awesome, tapas and other food simply fantastic and very reasonable. The breakfast treats were incredible and so unique compared to here.
So glad we went the high speed rail. 200mph and you couldn’t feel a thing. Great room in the seats and easy on/off. Hotels worked out very well and were nice.
You guys did a great job putting this trip together and on short notice! Excellent job!! We loved the whole trip and so nice to not have to figure it out but know that the arrangements will be great and dependable.

The Best Anniversary Trip!

We loved absolutely everything about this trip!! We had champagne at every place we stayed and loved the itinerary you planned for us. It was so fantastic and we felt luxuriously spoiled. It was everything we hoped for and then some!! We made so many wonderful memories for our 25th anniversary!! The spoiling made it very hard to return to real life in Texas! Once we returned, I kept thinking, where is my fabulous breakfast and espresso and champagne?!
We discovered that we both love history so all the tours that you booked for us were amazing with amazing tour guides. We loved that we didn't have to think about or plan anything, just wake up and do what you designed. You gave us enough to do without feeling overloaded with too many things. You couldn't have done a better job. We also got super lucky with the weather. May is the perfect month to go and even then, the temps were a little below normal, so we thoroughly enjoyed the ability to do things throughout the day without feeling hot. The warmest place was Lisbon and it was later in our trip but even that was pleasant.
We loved all the hotels - our favorite was Hotel Fenix in Madrid. They upgraded us because of our anniversary (I don't know if you recommended that to them) so we had access to the VIP lounge with fabulous breakfast and snacks and cocktails in the evening. That was ah-maze-ing!!
We loved staying at the Hotel Alhambra Palace because of the architecture and relationship to the restoration of Alhambra.
The trip was a 10 out of 10!

Incredible Italian Honeymoon!

Brook helped me and my husband plan our Italian honeymoon, and we would 12/10 recommend her services. She does charge a small fee in contrast to many other travel agents, but I promise she is worth it (and, honestly, a drop in the bucket of our budget). We started planning a little less than a year in advance and all the nitty gritty was handled by her - hotel reservations, airport pickups, travel between hotels, excursions, etc. She offered multiple price points for hotels (i.e. based on your budget here is the top choice, for $X more you can upgrade to this, or you can save $X with another choice) which I REALLY appreciated. She provides an interactive app for use during the trip with all of the necessary documents and contracts saved, plus we could edit it to include any dinner reservations or last minute experiences we booked. We even ultimately had a travel hiccup and needed to adjust our pickup time from the airport, which she handled on our behalf. We will definitely be using Brook's services again in the future! Our trip to London in January 2025 was absolutely amazing, thanks to our fantastic travel agent, Brook! Everything was perfectly coordinated, from our stay at the beautiful Montague hotel to our well-planned itinerary. We explored iconic sites like the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Windsor Castle and the breathtaking Stonehenge. The British Museum and Natural History Museum were fascinating, and visiting the Globe Theatre was a dream come true. A ride on the London Eye gave us stunning city views. Brook is super easy to work with and is a great communicator. We have used her services for a trip to Italy in June 2022, but also for trips to St. Lucia, London, Paris, Rome and Positano. She listens to what we are interested in doing and then creates an affordable and fun experience. All of the boutique hotels have been clean, charming and affordable. Even when we splurged on a hotel in Positano, it felt like we got exactly what we hoped for if not more in the experience. She handles private transfers to make the travel part easier especially in big cities where the driving can be stressful. She also provides a detailed itinerary. Her new online feature of organizing tickets was awesome on this last trip. One place for all our QR codes and tickets. She has personal experience with most of the places we have already visited and those that are on our future lists. That personal experience really helps in deciding itineraries. She's the best!

Brook, Thank you so much for your care and detail throughout the whole process for our trip to Italy. The hotels you picked were fantastic . All rooms had double beds, were quiet,and beautiful. Great locations as well.
The driver you scheduled in Rome that picked us up from the airport was on time and such a delight.
One morning we took a morning walk through the lovely town of Moltrasio where you booked our hotel. Discovering the waterfall in the middle of the village was a wonderful treat. Beautiful views as well.
We had such a wonderful time on the wine tour that you choose and booked for us! The views were breathtaking, the wine was delicious, and the experience was unforgettable. The quaint medieval town was a fun stop to explore. We felt that not only did we get some great wine and food at the two wineries, but we were able to immerse in the Italian culture! Mother/Daughter European Cruise

She recommended some great Mediterranean Cruise options and we picked a 7 day Celebrity Cruise that started in Barcelona and ended in Rome. Brook arranged for a private transfer from the airport to our hotel in Barcelona and even stepped in to help whenoura flight left 5 hours late. I reached out to Brook with 8 months to plan and schedule a destination wedding in Mexico for March 2021 with an original guest count of 75 including children of all ages, which later turned into 50(due to the newest CDC travel guidelines coming out early 2021) so yes, A LOT of people to book rooms, airfare, transportation and excursions. I don't know how, but she did it and did it VERY WELL!!
Easy and timely communication, while keeping me up to date on changes/restrictions regarding COVID, made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, and allowed me to focus on wedding planning with my wedding planner through our resort. (Royalton Riviera Cancun)
She found the perfect Resorts for both our wedding and honeymoon (Atelier Playa Mujeres).

Best of Vietnam- Amazing trip, fantastic experienc

My experience with Brook was outstanding. When we put this trip together my family and I knew very little about Vietnam. Brook helped us to decide which places to go to in order to able to get the most out of our vacation. The itinerary she suggested was fantastic and we learned later during our trip that these were truly the most interesting places you can visit in Vietnam. While choosing different stops within Vietnam, Brooked recommended very interesting private tours - some of them were not very touristy but she knew we wanted to be exposed to the "true" culture and meet real people. All the tour guides we had were fun, very knowledgable and spoke fantastic english (which you can't take for granted when you travel these destinations). Book booked everything for us, airplane tickets, hotels, pick ups, tours etc. There was not a single thing we could complain about. Everything worked out extremely well. Best travel experience ever! I can highly recommend Brook.

New Christmas Tradition
