Karen has planned our yearly adventures for our group. Several of our friends now use her also. She always comes thru with great deals and great rooms.

We were interested in an all-inclusive for our family to Cancun. Karen gave us several options to review. She helped us get the best package for what we needed. My family had a direct charter. My brother who lives out of town had a little different package since he did not have the charter option near him. She helped with insurance. She also helped us with local customs on tipping, washcloths, etc. The trip was great. We had so much fun.
My nephew ended up with an injury while we were in Cancun. Karen was on the phone with us guiding us the whole way. It was a great relief.
When we had difficulties with our hotel with golf privileges being included, Karen took care of it. We were able to enjoy our vacation while she resolved the problem.
Karen was great support through the entire process. It was so nice having her assist us so we could minimize disruption to our vacation
