Vacations are a major investment of your hard-earned money and often limited time. So, that's why I strive to deliver customized itineraries to my clients that are well-thought-out and carefully planned. I start by listening closely to a client's ideas of what they're envisioning for their vacation. Then, I use my years of experience as a travel expert, as well as the vast resources and knowledge of my host agency --KHM Travel Group -- to bring their vision to life. And because one of KHM Travel's resources is a carefully curated list of preferred suppliers, I know that I'll be booking my clients with trusted vendors.

Another reason to book with me is that I like thinking outside the box. A good example is a 40th anniversary trip I planned for a couple to Ireland. The couple wanted to renew their vows, so, I arranged to have them do just that at the famous Knock Shrine. Needless to say, they were very happy.

My clients can also depend on me to be there for them during their travels. My phone is always with me when my clients are traveling. That way, I'm available to help them out if something should go wrong. In the past, I've had to rebook clients in a different resort after the one they were originally heading to had a large fire and closed abruptly. I've also rebooked flights that have been delayed or canceled and assisted clients with their travel insurance claims.

When putting together a client's itinerary, I take many things into consideration, such as the age of my clients as well as any limitations they may have. I also provide each client with a map of the airports they'll be traveling to or through so that they can feel comfortable during their transfers or upon their arrival in a new place.
