I am a Disney Vacation Club member. I thought I knew a lot about Walt Disney World, until I met Kimberly ! It's been great to discuss vacation options, and develop a plan together. When I return home from one trip, we are already planning the next.

My husband and I recently worked with Kimberly Simpson-Kee to plan our honeymoon trip to Aruba and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We enjoyed our first (hopefully of many) river cruise with Amawaterways with the expertise of Kimberly Simpson Kee as our travel coordinator! Good food great wine well organized and paced excursions clean ship and super fun nights filled with dancing queens in the lounge!

I’m not a big cruise fan per se, but I must admit I will be taking another river cruise as long as Kim is involved. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Kim was most gracious with helping us plan this cruise. It was fantastic!! The food was perfect, the atmosphere was always relaxed and the excursions well planned (at no extra cost!!) the ship was comfortable and with 106 on board it felt very spacious. We won’t do an ocean cruise- just to crowded- so we are sticking to river cruises and looking forward to a cruise up the Columbia River Gorge. I could go on an on but the point here is Kim is a fantastic agent, was fun to travel with, and if you are looking for a great travel agent, she is your go to!!!! The AMA cruise line is well worth the trip. One thing we noted, and it was our observation, when on tours, our groups were smaller than the Viking groups we encountered. No saying they were bad, just that we could move more easily and hear better about the topic being covered. It was quite obvious to us that the Rhine River Cruises are quite popular. Kimberly was very helpful managing the details of our family trip to Ireland. She was helpful coordinating people coming from different locations and making suggestions for activities while we were there. She solved issues and responded quickly.

Kimberly is a wonderful travel agent! This was our second trip planning with her. Our first was a spring break trip to London and Paris with our teenage sons which was wonderful, and this second trip was to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Kimberly helped us arrange transfers to/from airports and ports and they were reliable and great. Our hotels in Athens, Santorini and Crete were perfectly situated and lovely, each with wonderful breakfasts included! We had quality excursions in each city/island that were educational (tour of the Acropolis in Athens) and fun/delicious (catamaran cruise in Santorini and cooking and spending time with locals in both Santorini and Crete). Kimberly listened to our request which was to have some scheduled activies with plenty of free time to relax and explore. She helped us accomplish this and was so easy and kind to work with along the way. Highly recommend her services!

We had "planned" and saved for our big trip to Europe and when we finally decided to pull the trigger, had no idea where to start. Kimberly did an excellent job narrowing down our options from the list of must-haves we provided, and she kept things in our budget--which was really important! The flight, transfers to and from the airport, and resort booking all went very smoothly and we appreciated the outreach ahead of time with things to expect and even a guide to tipping (which we consulted often). There were a couple of extra steps such as paying the Travel Tax and instructions for printing something to re-enter the States that were new to us and could have been explained a little more but we ended up figuring it out. I'd give the resort itself a B. It had some nice features like the pools, the tram service to get around, and especially the spa--it was very nice! The rooms were clean but nothing fancy, which was fine. The food was definitely the weakness. The buffets were pretty awful, and the restaurants were just OK. This truly was a trip of a lifetime! All three cities were amazing, and we had so many great experiences. Manchester was all about Premier league for us, while Liverpool was the Beatles experience (and St. Patrick’s Day). London had so many iconic monuments and buildings. I especially loved the Tower of London. I would recommend the Manchester City Stadium Tour and the 93:20 Club seats, the Fab Four Taxi Tour Company. Both were fantastic. Looking forward to utilizing the trains to explore Europe in the future. Next stop for us will be Amsterdam with a train into Germany. I’d really like to take a tour Germany/Austria/Switzerland. Excited to start planning the next trip!

Kimberly did a great job of helping us plan our Hawaii cruise and providing us options for visiting the islands. She also helped us plan some local tours while there as well. We appreciated her assistance on all these matters.

I’ve planned my own trips to Disney but it can be complicated and stressful. I put it all in Kimberly’s hands and it was the best trip ever. My daughter and I went to cheer my niece on in the marathons which means Disney is very busy. We had a great time, I was stress free and Kimberly checked in with me every step of the way. This was my first time planning a trip and using a travel agent. Every step was easy. Communication was amazing and helpful every step of the way. My husband and I are first-time parents and wanted to take our first family trip with our one-year-old by plane. We wanted to go somewhere in the U.S. that had a non-stop flight option (in case she was horrible on a plane) and a location that had everything on-site from food to activities - even little details like high-chairs, fridges, pack and plays, and blackout curtains! On Kimberly's first pass, she introduced us to Evermore Orlando, and it was the perfect fit on location, cost, and experience. This is one of the first resorts that I've traveled to where I'd absolutely go back. It's worth mentioning, too, that Kimberly was helping us finalize our vacation details during her own vacation – proof that she's dedicated to you and your travel goals, even in the midst of what should be a relaxing time for herself. This was our second opportunity to work with Kim on travel arrangements. This latest trip involved 8 hotels , rental car and round trip air travel. Planning and coordination for the August 2024 trip began in Spring of 2024. This was a trip with a nomadic character involving eight hotels and a lot of driving. To our satisfaction we did not experience delays or surprises in any of the transactions Kim coordinated. A complicated itinerary was well organized and as travelers we were well informed on where to go and what to expect. Because of Kim's assistance we had a trouble free experience in the Pacific North West.

Kimberly was so easy to work with. I gave her what I thought I wanted And she in return kept suggesting other ideas to think about. We were taking Family with us including an 18 year-old and 21 year-old male. Kimberly suggested that we do an all inclusive so that the boys could come and go on their own and eat it anytime a day or night. That worked out so well for . That worked out so well for us. There were 3 resorts all together and we were able to go to any of the resorts to swim or eat Or shop. She also suggested that we use private transportation from the airport to the resort and back which made us feel very safe. There was so much to do between these 3 resorts And many different types of restaurants. We could swim at any other pools or head out to the beach. There were many excursions that you could be a part of from shopping To snorkeling Or even site seeing. They had people at each of the pools constantly going around and asking if you needed anything to drink. We loved it

Kimberly has continued to go above and beyond. After planning a cruise for September (which she got us everything we wanted, including a cabana) . We decided to take a quick trip to Disney world. We weren’t able to get a preferred room, but the day before we left, Kimberly messaged me that she secured one for us! She was checking right up until we were leaving!
