Although my husband and I are traveling more in the resent years, I always have a million questions because I do not always understand who does what or what the steps are. Jennifer took care of everything and answered all my questions, all 19, 000 of them. Everything about our trip to Florida was exactly what we wanted. We rested, the sun was out, the hotel was great, the bed was comfy, and we saw the new Epic adventure land. We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel and upgraded our stay which meant we ate breakfast every morning, could grab soda, water, or snacks whenever we wanted or needed them. This upgrade was well explained by Jennifer and I am glad we got it. We specifically went there to see the Harry Potter area, but unfortunately the main Harry Potter ride shut down on us. The first time it shut down we were on it and it took FOREVER to get off it, but that has nothing to do with Jennifer, lol! When we went back to that ride, it was shut down again ~ we never did get to see it. That was the only part I can complain about.

Jennifer was attentive and helped every step of the way. She was ready to help if anything went wrong. Definitely would plan another trip with her.

She booked our cruise for us, communicated with the cruiseline to try and get our cabins closer to each other. Sadly they couldn't but she really went to bat for us. Was always easy to communicate with, got back to us quickly etc. Will definitely be using her for our next family vacation planning. Took the stress off our shoulders for sure!

Jennifer helped us plan our travel and Airbnb accommodations for our trip to Australia.. She took her time and worked hard to get us the best deal for a family of 5. We ran into a glitch when our flight was diverted to another airport 10 hours away from our destination. I texted Jennifer from Australia and she was able to get us flights for the next day. I will definitely use her services for our next vacation.
