Disney Travel Specialist

Although I have known Lillian professionally for several years, I never had the opportunity to work with her on a Disney World adventure before. The whole planning experience with my two young boys (6 & 8)and her was delightful, incredibly well planned and executed by Lillian. Tips and hints galore from her as we booked, last minute questions, timely answers, advice before we departed, and her follow up during the trip and after made this "boys only" adventure a very positive endeavor for all three of us. The whole trip went without a glitch! We travelled in mid January, and since returning visiting Lillian to plan another trip is a recurring topic of conversation brought up by the boys at every possible opportunity... Lillian was amazing!! When I was initially planning this trip we had a few changes in plans at the last minute. If she was able to quickly get back to me and offer me the best deal possible for my family to have the most amazing vacation. Lillian was (is) amazing! She helped us upgrade our moderate Disney hotel into a deluxe resort!! She presented all the options and talked us through the different hotels until we landed on the Grand Floridian!! A DREAM COME TRUE!! She was there to help with all the little details including stroller rental and lightings lane tips!! Lillian talked us through upgrades and add on. “You want the photo pass” was the best piece of advice!! We have so many amazing family photos from our trip now! Can’t wait for her to help with all our Disney trips to come!

Lillian made everything so easy for this family gathering. Just grab your toothbrush and get a ride to boat. Everyone was planned out. No worries or concerns to deal with. We had a calm but exciting 4 days.
