Karen was absolutely amazing to work with. From providing options to choose from to answering my countless questions, I could ask for more. Our trip was so fun, we booked an other one with her just a few months later! She was so fun to work with both planning and during the trip as we had questions.

Fun and Knowledgeable Agent!

Our Disney trip went far beyond our expectations! Karen booked the perfect room at The Polynesian, scheduled our fast passes and character dining, and extra fun along the way. For example, for one dinner she added the special tip of arriving early to watch Cinderella and the Prince descend the staircase and dance. Our daughter was thrilled seeing them up-close. There were more details Karen added to make sure each member of our family had our perfect trip. Karen answered all of my questions quickly, and never made me feel as though I was taking up too much time.
We knew we would want to work with Karen again, so we contacted her about planning a trip to London. She took the time to get to know our vision, and suggested a hotel with a location that was perfect. She was very savvy to find the best prices for both the flight and hotel. Unfortunately our trip had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. Karen worked tirelessly to help us recoup our money and communicated very well along the way.
We knew we would want to work with Karen again, so we contacted her about planning a trip to London.
