Becky gets you into see her in a timely fashion. She is cheerful which makes her fun to work with. Becky answers questions thoroughly and if she doesn't know the answer she researches to find out No questions are dumb questions with her. We are train travelers and she calls Amtrak while we are seated with her. I have no desire to wade through that process so it is reassuring to have her do it for us. At our request Becky prints off hard copies for us to take with us. As older folks it acts as a backup to the computer copies. She is very attentive to individual needs. I am handicapped and she went out of her way to see that all my needs were met in Montego Bay and at O’hare in Chicago. I fell and was injured while at Sandals and since we have been home she has spent countless hours helping us to get paperwork and information necessary from the hospital in Montego Bay for insurance. The hospital overcharged us over $2,000 and she was instrumental in getting it refunded to us. It never would have happened without her. She is now helping us with travel insurance.
