Paula helped my girlfriend and I plan our 5+ week workcation trip to Aruba. This was my first time using a travel agent and I am so happy we did.

We knew we wanted to get out of the US and enjoy warm weather. We were thinking about Aruba, Barbados, and a few other locations. Paula took the time to really understand our needs and wants (warm weather, good internet, nice beaches, low chance of COVID exposure, good health care system, in case one of us did contract COVID). Paula helped to secure lodging that was within our budget that met our needs. She also helped with planning activities while we were there. We gave her some ideas of what we wanted to do and she helped make suggestions from reputable companies and handled all of the bookings. It was nice to not have to worry about scouring Tripadvisor and other internet sites trying to find good reviews on tours, restaurants, etc. We had a great trip - did not want to come back. I will certainly use Paula again for future trips

Not just a history tour but a foodie tour and cooking class, too. Her in-country specialist, Curbys, knew exactly how to make this trip perfect, even during this time of Covid.

Paula was a joy to work with for my trip to Aruba. My boyfriend and I were nervous about traveling during these times, but I always felt at ease with Paula who made sure to keep us up to date with all the protocols. We were staying for a little over a month so we had more specific needs than the average traveler, but Paula was able to accomodate all of them. She provided wonderful ideas for excursions on our days off before we got to Aruba as well as during our trip. She also made great suggestions for places to eat and was even able to help find an amazing restaurant right on the beach for my boyfriend's birthday. We gave her a list of things we wanted to do and she helped to ensure we booked the fun excursions and properly spaced them out so that we had fun while not being overly stressed.

Paula is the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable about French Polynesia. She organized a wonderful (30th Anniversary) trip for us with stops in different islands and everything went without a glitch. She took care of schedule changes, selected hotels carefully and shared her knowledge of activities. Working with Paula made us feel like she was a friend doing her best to make sure we would enjoy every minute of our trip. And it was indeed a trip will never forget! We highly recommend Paula.

Paula took our request for a trip to a warm climate and gave us three great options! We chose a resort in the Bahamas and had a fantastic time. My favorite part was that we didn’t have to be concerned about anything. Paula gave us all the information needed in advance.

Paula has helped arrange at least a couple trips to Mexico for us, and did a superb job with transportation, lodging and activities, beginning in 2017. We mentioned to her then, and during the scheduling of subsequent Mexico vacations, that Pat would be retiring in early 2025 and we would be interested in seeing if we could swing the “bucket list” trip to French Polynesia at that time. I don’t remember who reached out to whom, but there was no question Paula would be our agent. There was some give and take to determine what activities we wanted to schedule and the like, but Paula did a masterful job of scheduling. We ended up visiting 5 islands over the course of 18 days, complete with island “hops” on Air Tahiti, a ferry ride from Tahiti to Moorea, and interesting excursions along the way. It was reassuring our first night in Tahiti when we were struggling to figure out the voucher, and the front desk person said “It’s no problem—we know Paula.” In addition to being the vacation of our dreams (inclusive of beginning to “power down” in the Air Tahiti lounge before our return flight), it turned out that Paula knows a thing or two about saving costs. That is, two of our favorite (Pearl) resorts (at Bora Bora and motu Tautau off Taha’a) were being offered as a Costco special shortly after our return. The cost for the 5 day stay via Costco was, proportionally, far more than the cost of our trip, and didn’t include multiple islands, air transport or activities. So, Paula also did us a solid on the cat side f things.

Paula has been my dependable go-to person for travel since 2009. She’s gotten me around the world and I can’t imagine doing this on my own. She’s kind, knowledgeable and patient. And fun!

My wife and I were going on our honeymoon and we decided to head to French Polynesia as both of us enjoy diving. Recently, our friends invited us to join them on their planned 4-week New Zealand trip. On short notice Paula was able to make our hotel reservations — at 17 different hotels in both the North and South Islands — to match our friends’ itinerary. She also arranged our flights, with a wonderful 3-night stopover in Fiji. With her extensive and personal knowledge of both Fiji and New Zealand, she was able to offer recommendations and suggestions to further improve our trip. We had a fantastic trip that went smoothly!

I found and selected Paula from a number of Agents who are familiar with the South Pacific, specifically Fiji. Her task - show us new parts of the country aligned with what we want to do in Fiji - free diving on a beautiful home-reef.

'Good' free diving is not something that is easy to identify or find via the internet, but Paula set out to understand what it meant to us and then built a 'sampler' trip so we could visit three new Fijian locations with an eye on finding us a great home-reef free diving experience.

All three locations had fantastic home-reefs, and the last was free diving heaven - along with being a truly amazing resort.

Paula nailed the logistics associated with moving from one resort to another. There was never a moment when we faced uncertainty on what we needed to do next. That along with locating something as hard to define as 'good home-reef free diving' made for a great trip.
