Our Family Vacation was the best ever!! Melissa made sure every detail was perfect, we had no problems and we were all able to stay in rooms close to each other. This was the easiest family vacation thanks to her arrangements and attention to details I would have never thought about. She is already working on our 2023 vacation and I'm so excited!! Melissa coordinated my destination wedding, she got everything right!! Everything I wanted she made happen for me!! I didn't have to lift a finger and it was seamless. She also coordinated the guests rooms, airfare and transfers and kept them together. I'm so Thankful!! She will be handling every family vacation we take FOREVER!!

The accommodations more than exceeded our expectations – what an
absolutely gorgeous resort – it should be called the WOW Sapphire! The service was just spectacular, we truly felt pampered! We did try all of the restaurants, had no problem getting in and the food was really very good. Free room service was a perk that the teen set really enjoyed and took advantage of!

We truly had a wonderful time- it was difficult to leave.

First, I want to thank u for all your help with organizing this family trip for us.

Everything was great, we checked in to find all of our rooms were next to each other!!! What an awesome surprise and convenience!

The flights went smooth, the resort was welcoming with great restaurants.

We took 2 tours and went scuba diving.

We had so much fun in both trips.

The only thing that was missing on this trip, was to stay for a few more days ;-)

Melissa has planned more than six major vacations for my family including Disney World, Universal Studios, and several Caribbean all-inclusive vacations.
