One of my favorite destinations to book is the Riviera Maya. I had been there before, but last year I was fortunate enough to visit four times and really dig into everything the region has to offer. It's so much more than just all-inclusive resorts. I always recommend clients venture out—snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, exploring the region’s famous cenotes, diving into the rich culture, and even trying a foodie walking tour or catamaran cruise. It’s an amazing destination for both groups and multigenerational families.

One of my proudest itinerary moments was crafting a 17-day trip through Japan—multiple cities, private and self-guided tours, bullet trains, and planes—it was a puzzle I loved putting together (and reworking more than once thanks to travel restrictions!). Challenges like these are what make this job exciting for me.I’ve helped families hit the slopes on ski vacations, guided clients through magical theme park adventures, and been the calm in the storm when last-minute issues arise—like the time I helped a client get a same-day passport the day before his Los Cabos trip, rebooked his stay, and adjusted all his transfers so he didn’t miss a beat.

When I’m not traveling, I’m usually researching travel. Yes—really! I also love doing Pilates, walking my two cockapoos, and playing chauffeur to my two busy boys.
