Big group travel made easy

After many issues the cruise itself was pleasant

Stephanie is pleasant to speak to but we had so many issues with the trip that could have been avoided with a more detail oriented advisor. We required a bus with handicap access and both times the bus arrived with no ramp. My paralyzed brother had to crawl into the bus. The bus had the wrong time for pick up at the airport and we had an issue with not enough bunks in one of the staterooms.

Thank you for your honest review. I will be taking up the issues with the transportation company as I was assured the bus was handicap equipped.
As for Carnival and the cabin, I will also address this with them. More than likely this accrued because parts of your group were added at the last minute after the ship was in a sold out status. Because the late add on guests were children we had to move other people to make it work.

Best Travel Professional Around!

Stephanie has booked several cruises for my family, along with personal trips. On one cruise we weren’t aware we had to carry on our drinks and they were confiscated by the cruise line. I was able to contact Stephanie before leaving port and she had all new sodas and wine sent to our cabin at no cost to us. She booked a cruise for our family of 10 and managed to get us great cabins, in great locations and even for us onboard credit. Not to mention I’m the type to ask a million and one questions and she is always patient and answers my questions. Grade A customer service. I would recommend her to anyone traveling, and have. I can’t wait to book our next adventure with her.
