Laura has helped us with two trips and we would highly recommend her. In 2017 we took our grandson to Australia for his graduation gift. Laura made everything so easy with our itinerary and instructions and was always available to answer our questions.
This year (2019) we took our granddaughter on her graduation trip. We visited Spain, France and England. Once again Laura helped plan our trip. With Laura’s help we made memories with our grandchildren we will always have.

1st International trip

We took our first international trip and I can't imagine doing it without Laura's help. She was able to suggest hotels we would have never looked at, tours we would have never considered and set up a turnkey vacation that involved 5 people with 5 flights each across 3 European countries, the Eurorail to Paris and car service for the entire trip. We only had one little glitch but with her contact information, we were able to reach out and resolve it immediately. Without her backing, I am not sure it would have ever been resolved.

Laura listens to our wants and needs for a trip and turns them into memories that last a lifetime! She is phenomenal! From the perfect hotel, to the best tours available, to recommendations for places to shop or eat - Laura thinks of everything. Her attention to detail makes the most out of each stop. She starts the planning process with our ideas. Once we discuss our initial thoughts, she provides us with samples of itineraries that cater to what we want for our trip. Once we have a solid idea of our must haves for the trip she works out hotels, travel, and tours, and travel between stops. She follows that up with a walk through of the trip, answering questions and making any necessary changes. She communicates with us the entire time making our overseas trips stress free! This is our second overseas trip with Laura (the first was Germany and Switzerland) and we will be back again!

This is the second major trip Laura has planned for us and both have been truly exceptional. She has great insight into attractions and locations and so she always identifies the kinds of tours and accommodations that meet our needs. She guided us to the points of interest that interested us and steered us away from the activities that wouldn't be a good fit for our family. Her experience gives us so much confidence that every experience will be stellar.
I also like that she listens to what we want out of a trip and can put the pieces together to deliver that.
But I think the best part of working with Laura is her absolute attention to detail. Every tour, every transfer, and every travel arrangement she made went off without a hitch thanks to her planning and follow-up. After booking a group tour and then finding out that tour was no longer available in 2019, Laura offered us an alternative. Since that alternative did not include all the places we wanted to go she made those a reality also. She booked all of our flights, our hotels, and tours. A co-worker of mine took this same trip last year with a group of families from another high school in town. He raved about it so I contacted Laura to set up the same trip for a group from my graduating senior's high school. It spread to 3 other highschools.
