Excellent customer service and willingness to making sure the customer is satisfied. My family and I had the pleasure of experiencing a great driver and tour guide during our trip to Vietnam recently. The tour guide was very professional and knew the country very well. We appreciated all of their help. During our Halong Bay cruise the staff was very courteous and friendly as well. The cruise activities were great! However, the food on the cruise ship was ok... other than ok food, everything was awesome! Thank you Expats Traveling Group specifically Mia McDonaldi! We will be booking more trips in the future.

Our trip was amazing! You did an excellent job finding things we would love. We definitely wish we would’ve stayed a few more days in Phuket. When I say everything was great - I mean EVERYTHING!!! You nailed it. We just loved our Phuket hotel, Vietnam's bustling culture, Singapore's pristine streets and Cambodia's uniquness! Wow!! Thanks again!! Fantastic Service! We had a meeting at the beginning of our engagement to talk through the specifics of the trip, to help her understand our priorities, and also where we had concerns. This set the stage for consistent communication and being on the same page throughout our trip, which got significantly more complicated when one of us had to adjust their plans as we went different ways on our journey. Mia was able to help navigate the new plan, and to arrange all new accommodations and logistics. On our return, we had a final debrief to talk through the highs and lows of the trip and provide feedback.
