I have sailed on the Disney Cruise line multiple times and have found that my favorite restaurant across the fleet is Palo! Palo is an adult only restaurant which is open for brunch on sea days and certain port days like Nassau! I have done both brunch and dinner service and really brunch is hands down my favorite! Palo is known for its Chicken Parm and once you eat it you will know why! Brunch is all you care to eat and you are encouraged to try it all! Palo is great at working with those who may have allergies. Their gluten free bread is actually my preference over their regular bread option. I will gladly eat at Palo every time I am on a Disney ship!

Taylor was such a wonderful person to work with in planning our first family trip to Disney World. It had been a long time since I had gone so I had a lot of questions and Taylor was there to answer them all. She walked us through every step of the planning process, and because of her help we had the most amazing stress free vacation.
