Two months before we were to leave for Disney World we found that our original agent stopped making payments and plans for our trip. I was panicked and given Melissas contact with the reassurance that she would make things right. She absolutely did that and more. She was able to take over our plans late in the game, get all of our reservations managed, fast pass for the best rides, and answered countless questions quickly. We visited Disney this past November and it was our first trip there in almost 10 years. Thankfully, Melissa helped us navigate the complex planning that goes into getting the most out of a Disney vacation. She was in contact every step of the way and was able to book even the most hard to get reservations and fast passes for us. Without her services, planning for this trip would have been a lot more stressful and we would have missed out on some very enjoyable experiences. Melissa was awesome to work with to plan our 1st big family trip! She was extremely helpful in making the reservations, setting up the resort, food, and our park days at Disney World. She made everything simple for us and was able to work around our schedules and through emails to plan and complete payments. She was even able to help when our shuttle to Universal Studios did not have the car seats we needed to travel and made sure when they came to pick us up they were there and had 2 shuttles for our whole family. Wonderful, easy, patient sums up Melissa. With all the changes Disney was going through she maneuvered through them and made sure we got the best deal which wasn’t easy with 4 families. Melissa knows Disney and makes excellent recommendations. She gave us helpful advice concerning Genie+ and due to her knowledge of the restaurants at the various parks, she was able to recommend great places to eat. During the planning phase, she got up bright and early and so she could make online reservations at the restaurants we had chosen. Melissa’s expertise and willingness to listen to what our family wanted to get out of our trip took away our stress of planning a vacation to remember.

We started working with Melissa to help plan a trip to Disney World after contacting the company she works for (Destinations To Travel), and are so grateful we did! From the very beginning, when we were kinda fuzzy on the specifics, to a few days before we left, Melissa was laser-focused on the details, and as patient and organized as could be. She searched for deals and gave us suggestions; she got up early to make reservations and stayed up late pulling all the threads together; she checked and re-checked the details so nothing was overlooked or forgotten. I truly believe paying attention to details can make or break a Disney trip, because details are what Disney's all about. Not knowing what to look for, or where to look, and missing something important, can make a trip to Disney disastrous. And really, given the amount of money a Disney trip costs to do and do well, the last thing you want is to overlook something important. With Melissa on our side, I never once worried!

This was the second Disney World trip that I booked using Melissa Reed as my travel agent. After planning our dream Spring of 2024 vacation, we found out that my husband was selected for a new job. His start date just so happened to be the week of our vacation. We were pretty devastated at the thought of not being able to take the trip, but Melissa worked her magic and was able to book the exact same trip two weeks prior than our original date. I was a little nervous because it was such short notice, but that didn't stop Melissa from being able to get us everything we originally wanted! Amazing Trip to Disneyland

My daughter was begging us to visit Disneyland to see the Marvel universe and I was dreading planning the trip. We reached out to Melissa to help plan the trip and she provided invaluable information. All of her suggestions were outstanding, from the shuttle to take us from the airport to hotel (the drivers were wonderful), to the hotel (which was a perfect location to the parks and had beautiful rooms), to the park reservations, and most importantly was the advice for how to navigate the parks and how to best utilize the lighting lane pass (which without that information there is no way we would have seen and enjoyed all the park had to offer). I would highly recommend Melissa if you are planning any trips to Disney.
