Julia is very prompt at returning messages and e-mails and gathering information based on our specifications for resorts etc.

She was very helpful, answered all my questions to the best of her ability. She checked in prior to the trip (and after).

Julia helped our family to navigate the rapidly changing travel restrictions due to the pandemic. With her guidance, we chose our destination as Iceland, a place I never thought I would visit. We had a really great time exploring Iceland and I felt very comfortable traveling. The restrictions did not impact how much we were able to experience. Holland America has offered Alaska cruises and "nobody does it better" We were ready for cool weather, but reveled in 65-70 degree weather. Saw a lot of wildlife and enjoyed the vastness and beauty of the state.

Julia did a fantastic job setting up our trip to Alaska, which was my 50th & last state to visit. Based on the itinerary for the cruise, we had additional days at the beginning of the trip (making it a full 2-week trip) and she did a great job providing options and setting up lodging, rental car, etc. She also proactively reached out periodically to ensure everything was in-order, gave us tips on what to expect, and ensured things ran smooth. We were very happy with her organization and would most certainly use her again in the future.

Our trip was excellent. It is always nice to get away and especially when you are going places you have not been and gaining experiences you have not had. We started with a river cruise out of Amsterdam and ended with a stay in one of our favorite cities, Zurich.

Viking was on top of every detail- meeting us at the airport, shuttling us to the hotel and even meeting us at our connecting flight on the trip home directing us to the correct gate. Room was ok size. Enjoyed the private balcony . Steward very attentive with fresh towels twice daily. Food was amazing’. Wide variety and expertly prepared and presented. Used the Silver Spirits package. Daily included excursions were well done. We did a couple optional excursions that were good but expensive. Boat staff were very professional and friendly-knew our names after the second day. The cruise director was knowledgeable and fun. Overall it was a very good experience,

Julia did a wonderful job of listening to our thoughts on the trip and then recommending options for us to select from! When one person had to miss the trip in the last minute, Julia was very understanding and worked to have the items refunded / changed that could be done.

Julia was responsive and helpful at all stages. She organized several things that made our trip exponentially easier, like drivers between the airport and hotel, and breakfast at the hotel, that I would not have thought to coordinate. She also recommended hotels that I did not see on any of the usual travel websites, both of which had excellent customer service. After making the decision to visit South Korea in the spring I searched for several weeks to find the right travel agent who could help plan the trip. I was concerned with finding someone who knew the area and Julia was definitely the right choice. Despite living in a completely different state I found there was no problem with communication. This was my first time out of the country so I was a bit nervous about getting everything right but Julia was great in guiding us through anything we needed to fill out.
