Wonderful time onboard the RC Independence of the Seas with friends and my daughter! So many joyful moments: dining, dancing, playing, and adventures to destinations in San Juan PR and St Thomas.. fun, laughs and plenty of sunshine on Megan’s Bay. Kara McKeown did an excellent job on getting the perfect room-two bed with balcony that best accommodated my daughter and I! Thank you Kara! It was the perfect location too! Close to the stairs and elevator but not directly across from it.

Kara provided premier service from prompt communication with us and Royal Caribbean on our behalf, explaining details, helped us navigate challenges, sent us our travel documents both electronically and a hard copy, sent us sea pass card holders and bag tags to save us time from printing them ourselves (thoughtful details), and caring about our experience as if it was her own. Kara was great at communication and paperwork. She gave us 9 great choices to pick from and was extremely thorough in providing us details about each of them to choose from. Once we selected a location her communication over email and electronically was spot on. I was so heart warmed to find a mailed envelop with printed out trip details about a week before we left. She gave us choices on transportation and excursions. Even after the trip she followed up to ensure everything went as planned.

Kara planned an amazing beach getaway for us in Aruba. We had a great time and enjoyed not having to worry about any details. Everything went incredibly smooth from start to finish. The resort was in a great location for shopping and exploring the island, but also had everything we could ever need within steps of our room. This is the second trip that my husband and I have planned with Kara and, frankly, we won’t ever use another travel agent. I am a disabled adult so there are a lot of accommodations that need to be in place for me to travel safely and, more important, enjoyably.
