I grew up in London, Ontario, and I traveled through the best parts of North America whenever I could. Later on, I lived in the UK for nearly 10 years which was an amazing experience. I got to explore the nation and had quick access to countless other European destinations as well. During that time, I traveled to numerous countries in Europe and Asia, and I’ve currently been to over 50 countries around the world. I now live in Toronto and continue to travel as often as possible.

As the co-founder of Movement Travel, I’m able to use my lifelong experience to help people experience unforgettable vacations around the world. I started Movement Travel because I wanted to promote the benefits of wellness retreat travel and help people feel better than ever on their vacations.

Today, I specialize in wellness vacations in Europe, North America, Asia, the Caribbean Islands, and beyond. I create customized itineraries that allow you to experience everything you want while also having time for spas, yoga, and other activities that will make you feel truly alive!

My first customized wellness retreat bookings was for 10 guests in Mexico, and I created an itinerary that featured yoga, sports, local excursions, and culinary adventures. Everything went better than planned, and I did everything I could to make their vacation better than their dreams. 

One of my favorite bookings was a nearly month-long trip to South Africa which featured safaris, a visit to Cape Town, plus a customized route along the coast with stops at amazing sights and towns. It was such a unique experience, and it combined everything I love about traveling into one comprehensive trip.

I’m certified with many leading hotels and cruise lines, and I’ll take the time to match you with accommodations that work for you.
