After 20+ distinguished years in the travel industry. I have mastered the ability to surpass the travel expectations of my clients. My passion for travel has allowed me to thrive in my career as a Travel Agent. I have visited many places around the world, including: Spain, Portugal, Czechoslovakia, France, Germany, Japan, Hawaii and majority of the Caribbean Islands ( including Cuba ). Choosing to immerse myself in my clients world by visiting several all inclusive resorts in some of the most popular travel locations, such as: Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Mexico has allowed me to gain knowledge one can only obtain through personal experience. Also specializing in cruising, I have had the pleasure of booking a wide variety of cruise groups of numerous sizes as Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line and Carnival Cruise Line, Celebrity and Disney. 

Although I currently specialize in in leisure travel, I have past experience in corporate and government travel. My experience and passion for travel allows me to relate to my clients and fulfill each and every travel need.

I must say she’s been planning our trips for years and we always have an awesome time, affordable prices, with great itineraries and accommodations! Our most recent trip was a cruise to Cuba. It was an amazing experience, Sylvia truly outdid herself! You can’t go wrong with this travel agent!

Traveling with ease, the best cruise ever !

Sylvia has booked several vacations for my family and friends. This by far was one of the best starts to a vacation because everything was taken care of. Sylvia booked hotel and travel accommodations to and from our cruise, kept track of key dates that helped ease the check in process, and even gave us recommendations for cruise excursions. When we arrived to our room we even had chocolates waiting for us as a token of her appreciation. This was a pleasant surprise! I will definitely continue to recommend and book my travel through Sylvia.
