It was a joy working with Jodi to book my cruise vacation! Her recommendations on the best excursions and her advice on when to travel for the best deals helped us get the most out of our vacation. We even ran into a booking issue with our hotel when we arrived at midnight in Florida and Jodi found a solution for us right away and even got our new hotel stay reimbursed by the hotel that lost our reservation! I would highly recommend Jodi to anyone who wants a fun-filled and stress free vacation.

If you need a travel agent/plannerJodi is wonderful. She was able to plan our trip which included dealing with 6 couples living in 3 states and lucky for 6 of us we were on the same flights. From answering questions, giving us tips, & offering suggestions regarding excursions, food, must sees, arranging flights, and planning an extra couple of days at the end of the cruise (including finding a fantastic hotel and location). We really worked her hard and I’m sure we tested her patience. With our group she must have had to deal with the same questions and concerns over and over and over and was always very sweet and professional. Jodi was able to answer or solve my questions and when she didn’t know the answer she found it & got right back to me. I don’t think I ever waited more than 1 day for an answer or solution. As I said we weren’t all from the same area so we weren’t on the same flights. In our return from Munich one couple was flying to Phoenix. They ended up stuck in Chicago for 2 days because of snow. Jodi worked to get new flights and hotels for them. Having Jodi taking care of us was more like working with a professional, caring, “travel planner” instead of a harsh uncaring travel agent.

Jodi is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is punctual, informative, and has travel experience that is necessary when booking a trip through a travel agent for the best experience! I have booked two trips with her so far and am working to book a couple more. She’s great!!
