I have had the pleasure of working with Susan on several trips - my honeymoon, weekend trips and the most recent to DISNEYLAND WORLD! Susan went above and beyond on making sure We were taking care of for reservations, rides, transportation, hotel and everything in between. She walked us through everything we needed to know to ensure that this trip was perfect and it 10000% was! We were able to ride every single ride and do everything we planned to do! We were so sad to leave and are already planning to work with Susan for another trip to Disney in the future!

We had the best experience on this trip with absolutely zero issues. Our flights went smoothly, the Hyatt House was a treasure and the cruise was beyond perfect! We took five excursions which were all very well planned and the crews were so gracious to share Alaska with us all. Our service on Quantum of the Seas was the best we have experienced and thanks to Susan we had a wonderful stateroom with a balcony on the tenth level. Susan went above and beyond for this travel group to make sure it was a positive experience for the novice and those who have been on many. Susan also made a great recommendation since we stayed in Seattle for an extra day and it was a 3-4 hour shuttle tour with the absolute best guide ever! It was the perfect ending to a perfect week!

Susan has planned and helped us with excursions for at least three cruises now and I have recommended her to several others who are planning trips with her now. She goes way above and beyond what a normal TA would do. She does a trip plan app that has EVERYTHING attached that we could possibly need. She puts detailed instructions on how to maneuver through every phase She meets personally with us when we ask to go over everything and to make sure we feel comfortable and even prints out things for us if we want paper copies. She keeps track of our flights and keeps track of us when we are on the trip and lets us know of any changes in excursions and flights and usually lets us know before the airline does! She also emails us during the year if she knows we are looking for something or somewhere to go at some point and tells us what deals are out there Cannot say enough good things about Susan.

Susan is truly a God send. When Covid hit and it was looking less likely we would be taking the honeymoon of our dreams, Susan worked tirelessly to ensure we would still have an amazing honeymoon. She called resorts, she booked excursions and made sure we would have the best time and we did! Our honeymoon is still and will always be the best trip I’ve ever been on and a lot of that has to do with Susan making sure we were taken care of! She cared about our trip and even checked In throughout the week to make sure we didn’t need anything and to be sure the resort was taking good care of us! We rented a car and the resort required you to pay for a permit (cost around $25 I think). Susan called the resort and explained we were on our honeymoon and they gave us the decal for free! She cares about her people and if you’re lucky enough to work with her, I would go ahead and be excited because you’re about to have the BEST trip!!

Susan was wonderful. First off, the build up to the trip was handled professionally and promptly. She answered all questions, and made us feel comfortable. Then during the trip, she was always available and able to ask questions. Considering it was the first time we took our kids, she helped take the pressure off the planning portion of the trip so we could enjoy it with out children.
