Jenny was easy to work with, listened to what our family's interests were and presented us with some great options. There had to be good ocean fishing for the boys and the girls wanted to just relax and soak up the sun. We chose Hawks Cay and everyone was satisfied!

Right from the start, Jenny was eager to help get our group of 7 from Minneapolis to Orlando. We wanted to stay on Disney property and go to all 4 parks plus Universal Studios. Jenny took care of ALL of it for us! She offered suggestions on resorts, dining, and activities, she booked flights and transportation between the airport and our resort, and was very understanding when 7 family members couldn’t decide on travel dates! Jenny sent us all park maps, personal recommendations, and other information for us to look at the week before we left for our vacation, and she kept in touch so we knew she was available during our trip, too!

This was our first time utilizing a travel agent for our family vacation, but it definitely won't be the last! We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jenny - from the initial intake to checking in with us as we arrived home. Jenny provided a very thorough idea of packages, resort options, excursions and really listened to what we as a family wanted to experience as well as keeping our budget in mind. Her responses to questions whether via text, email, etc were very timely. While we were on vacation she left us a VIP gift upon check-in, and checked in with us - even though she was on her own family vacation. My family just got back from a wonderful trip to Disney World in Florida. We have never been on a Disney vacation, so we needed Jenny's help! This was Jenny's second vacation she has planned for our family! I have always heard that planning a Disney trip can be overwhelming. However, this was not the case for us. I wanted to plan a vacation for myself my daughter and her family which included four children ranging from 10 to 3 years of age, and I had a budget. Jenny was exceptional at helping us plan and book our perfect honeymoon. In the days leading up to our wedding, a hurricane disrupted our original plans, and Jenny was proactive with communication to us about weather travel concerns (truthfully, the weather wasn't even on my radar as I was busy preparing for the wedding!) and providing us with alternative options to choose from. We ended up having an amazing trip despite the last-minute changes from Mother Nature! Jenny was very helpful in planning my trip to Alaska, as it was a very important trip for me, I was fulfilling a wish my late husband wanted. We were planning to go to Alaska, but he didn't live long enough to get there. One of the most memorable things on the trip was seeing whales and the Hubbard Glacier, both were beyond expectations. Excellent experience! This was my first cruise, so I needed a bit of guidance as to what is needed for scheduling and what I was to expect. Jenny did awesome job of booking our Mexico vacation. It was a fabulous trip. The transportation Company Amstar was wonderful they were at the airport to pick us up. They arranged our time back to airport and even helped us book excursions they were great. Jenny got us ground floor rooms close to beach. We had the extreme fortune to work with Jenny on a dream trip to Italy. She was enthusiastic and fun to work with.
