Janice is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She makes great recommendations on hotels, tours, and transportation. And she takes into consideration customers' interests and budget. She has helped us plan many trips.

For the summer between finishing college and prior to starting my full-time job, I sought Janice's help to complete an 84-day trip around the world. I came very prepared in knowing which tours I wanted to select in South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia, but Janice was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions, acquiring discounts, researching flights, and ensuring that I had everything I needed to complete my journey. Because I went to school out of state, most of my communication after the first few meetings were via email, and Janice was exceptionally prompt in responding quickly, succinctly, and effectively. This trip was something I had dreamed about for years, and Janice helped turn it into reality. She is very friendly and despite my relatively young age (24), she treated me with the same expect of a true adult rather than a "kid"/student like myself. My trip itself went even better than I could have hoped for, and I owe much of that to Janice's logistical efforts.

Janice is so diligent and great to work with. I emailed her for a last minute trip and she found us a great deal. This was our second time working with Janice and we are going to continue to use her for all of our future trips.
