Shawn helped us cancel our trip to Jamaica and re-book to Punta Cana within 24 hours. It was not only us, but another couple as well. She sent us reminders about passports and getting QR codes to travel internationally. When we had questions while on vacation, she answered within minutes.

One day we took the ferry to Capri where we enjoyed a day of shopping, lunch and the famous grotto. We were on the " Momma Mia Road" which had many interest points and nostalgic flare. Then we spent a day on the shores of Positano. That day held everything from relaxing, shopping, swimming, and cultural insights and drinks on the beach. We highly recommend Shawn to everyone who wants the best experience. She is quite knowledgeable about everything and made this trip so memorable.

We combined a big family gathering on Oahu with a grandparents-only cruise. As always Shawn helped us make excellent choices and was available to answer any questions that arose during the trip.

Shawn Hayes helped us on our vacation last year. This year, we asked Shawn to coordinate our vacation, as we wanted to go to Whitefish, Montana to visit the Glacier National Park. We flew to Kalispel, Montana where we took a rental car to drive to Whitefish. During our few days in Whitefish, we joined a tour to see the Glacier National Park, but it was so crowded, that we could not go to the Road-to-the-Sun. Nevertheless, our guide showed us Lake McDonald and the Montana Vortex. Later, we hiked up Lion Mountain near Whitefish and saw Skyles Lake overlook. We tried to go up Big Mountain, a ski resort in winter, but with so many huge mansions on the way up, we just turned around and went back to Whitefish for some Huckleberry ice cream. From Whitefish, we drove to Bozeman, MT, then to Deadwood, SD. There was a motorcycle pre-rally in Deadwood before the motorcyclists went to Sturgis a few miles away. We visited Mount Rushmore, which was more impressive than the pictures. From there, we drove to the Badlands National Park and spent the rest of the day driving back. Towards the end of the day, we saw some bison. From Deadwood, SD, we drove to Sioux Falls, SD and stayed at Hotel on Phillips, a boutique hotel which was by far the best we stayed in. The drive home from Sioux Falls took us about 11 hours, but it was otherwise an easy drive through Iowa, Illinois, then returning to Indiana.

Your help in booking the hotel at Heathrow in London was a very needed rest stop in an otherwise lengthy journey well beyond London. The hotel, as you promised, was within easy walking distance.

We had an amazing two week trip in Italy that Shawn coordintated from beginning to end. We hit Venice, Florence, Rome, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, Capri, Naples, and everything in between. Shawn had wonderful hotels selected for us, all transportion that we needed was arranged, great excursions, and wonderful restaurant suggestions. The trip she put in place for us could not have been better!!

Shawn helped us plan a vacation during the most hectic, but exciting time of our lives--wedding planning! Shawn was willing and able to arrange our trip, which involved travels in Switzerland, Ireland, and England. Her arrangements went smoothly, but the software for this review could not accommodate our travel arrangements. We did not want a packaged "experience" that most travel agents were trying to promote. The personalized private tours in Ireland allowed us to see parts that were not in most tour arrangements, and we still plenty of time for personal exploration.

Shawn was very helpful in providing us with the different options for the cruise to Alaska. It would have been very overwhelming if it had not been for her guidance. She chose the best cruise option that meant our needs.
