Mallory planned the BEST honeymoon we could’ve imagined during COVID times. I had an incredibly busy schedule prior to our wedding (working 60-70 hours a week) and Mallory was so understanding. We ended up booking with Mallory’s first suggestion (bungalows key largo), but I was so indecisive and Mallory was so patient with me while I explored all of the options. We spent several months looking into destinations and I never felt like I was a bother to her with all of my questions. This was our first time using a travel agent for a trip and I truly couldn’t have done it without her. I don’t foresee us planning a trip without her help no matter how big or how small! Also, we loved our honeymoon so much we plan on going back in the future!

This cruise to celebrate my husband and my 30 year anniversary was amazing! It started rocky but only due to lingering storm waters, and ended rocky with the Northeastern storm returning to port, but that didn’t take away from our goal of relaxation and bonding together and getting a break from our hectic life. We had a blast, regardless of a rocking ship (beginning and ending of our cruise)! We did end up getting an extra day of ship life due to storm on returning to port, but that just added up to an extra day of relaxing and enjoying our actual anniversary!

Mallory is always our go-to for any trip, big or small. She makes things super easy and takes all of the guess work out of things. This trip was for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was absolutely PERFECT!

We loved our trip to Italy visiting Rome, Venice and Florence. Mallory did a wonderful job planning all of our tours and journeys as everything was detailed and easy to understand. We enjoyed the locations she chose for our overnight stays as she chose places that were quaint and away from the heavily toured areas! The Disney Dream team were phenomenal. We had a great week. My only negative comment would be that the Disney Characters are not accessible throughout the ship. Wait times for the characters are not conducive for littles. Other than that, our vacation was superb.

This is the second trip my wife and I planned through Mallory, and the fifth trip we have know about through other family members that Mallory has assisted with. Everything is always so smooth! This one was planned very quickly, with a very short lead and turn around time. It made no difference. Mallory coordinated all aspects of the trip in a matter of an hour or two. That’s the beauty of it. Everything is coordinated perfectly, from air travel to rental cars, to hotel accommodations, and everything in between. You can’t best an all-inclusive vacation in the tropics, and Sandals Royal Barbados did not disappoint! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our Butler team was amazing, catering to our every desire, many times without even asking! Compared to other Sandals we have been to, entertainment was lacking, but drinks were flowing and we never had a bad meal the whole trip! Highly recommend despite the negative reviews that are easily found online. Any vacation is what you make of it! I definitely recommend Mallory Dumond who consistently arranges the best vacations and makes our travels worry-free!

We had a great memorable trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Mallory set everything up and was quick to help with any question that we had.

The all inclusive experience did not disappoint. The ease of setting up the vacation with Mallory was spot on and her suggestions were greatly appreciated (like staying another day and travel plans having plenty of time between layovers when direct flights were not available).
