She quickly notified us, and suggested alternatives. We ended up saving money on a one-night layover that was originally planned, and found earlier flights home. She also assisted us with booking a very large tour to the UK in 2014, and she did an excellent job managing all of the different needs of our group, as well as some difficult personalities! My husband and I have been avid world travelers for the past 20 years. Nora is my go-to travel agent when I am planning a trip that has several different components, and I want a worry-free flawless experience. Last month, we took a week-long Alaskan cruise with our adult children and their spouses. The planning involved coordinating people arriving and departing from various states of origin. The day before we left our flight was canceled and the new automatic itinerary had us arriving after the cruise ship left. We asked Nora to come up with a 2 week vacation plan in Switzerland with the most scenic towns and vistas in the country along with scheduling some specialized tours within that time frame, rail being the method of travel. Nora delivered on this for us in all aspects and we both HIGHLY recommend Nora as a top travel expert when it comes to creating a high quality customized trip for her clients. We've used her services before on a trip to the UK several years ago and it's no wonder that she's one of the top travel agents in the region.

After researching several Travel Agent options to help plan our first Alaska cruise, I decided I wanted to work with Nora during our initial call. She is very pleasant and asked me a lot of good questions about my family of 8, and quickly sent over 2 suitable itineraries for to me to consider. She showed a lot of patience as I made changes and added to our initial plan. At one point I requested what I figured was the impossible, I wanted to switch 3 rooms to 3 suites, all next to each other. She calmly accomplished the task! When I encountered an app glitch while booking shore excursions, and then Nora did as well, she jumped into action and we did a three way call with the Princess rep. Nora not only helped facilitate but patiently waited until the last email confirmation came in to me. Our family appreciated all the feedback on dining, excursions, and land tour info. As a result of Nora’s thoroughness, we all had an amazing time and my family is already talking about our next cruise. When that time comes, I’ll call Nora!

The tour was well planned. It was a good mix of city and village. We experienced castles and pubs. The 11 days was a perfect length for us senior citizens. Our every need was met.

There is not enough praise for Nora Blum and our past 30 years of working with her. Her knowledge, skills, ability to revamp plans at last minute and utter devotion to her profession are unmatched. Nora was a lifesaver for me, when I got caught up in the Helene destruction in North Carolina and spent 3 days and 2 nights in a car in a parking lot, worrying also about my flights home, which she cancelled three days in a row for me, managing my crisis even though she was not involved at all and did not have to help me! There is not a problem she has not resolved over all these years. I will never take another trip without her guidance. Nora is the bomb-diggity!!

Nora was awesome to work with. This was our second vacation she helped arrange. We did a group tour with Trafalgar and added a few extra days in Lima. Nora really helped with the airlines and hotel and our additional excursions.

Nora helped us in 2004 with our first overseas trip. She found us a great place to stay in Paris, France where we could see the Notre Dame Cathedral from our balcony. We had free transportation on all of the city transportation and our total cost was not much more than our trip to Africa would have been if we just switched planes in Paris. Most recently she planned a trip for us to Alaska. Everything worked like clockwork. Nora is wonderful to work with and she makes traveling alot easier for people like us that don't travel much. We live in Missouri but we still referred her to our friends and family who also use her now.

Nora was perfect. My wife and I were planning our honeymoon and wanted to do some hoping between countries (Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji), being avid travelers we talked about doing it ourselves but had worked with Nora previously so we decided to let her handle it and everything was perfect we didn't need to worry about a car from/to the airport, all the hotels were booked and we got to review them before we left, and she was able to keep us updated through the app which I can't speak more highly of!
