Ira was great - start to finish. Provided a variety of options for our group trip to Guancaste, Costa Rica. We stayed at Planet Hollywood- All Inclusive. The best buffett for every meal, my family really enjoyed the food whether on resort or off during our excursions planned through Viator with Ira’s help. The property was clean, the staff were friendly. Ira checked in before, during, and after to make sure everything from hotel transfers and the stay was set up, everything went very smoothly!
