Working with Jessica was an absolute dream. I had never used a travel agent before and I was a bit nervous leaving all the details up to someone else... that turned out to be an unfounded fear! She handled our reservation quickly and effortlessly. She was available within minutes at some points when I had questions. And she handled a problem for us 3 days into our vacation! She was able to get us a hard-to-get reservation on a day when the window to make them came about and I had to work. She made me feel like I was important and just not another "somebody going on vacation" I'm not sure where our next adventure will take us, but I know I will once again call on Jessica to help us get there!

Jessica did the actual booking of Disney - our resort, our tickets and our park reservations. I did the research on my own as to where to stay, how to work Genie+, what each park featured, etc.. Dining reservations are difficult to get and we did not get our preference but we honestly didn't mind because there are so many places to eat at Disney. Questions were eventually answered but I found most answers on Disney Mom facebook sites.

My first trip to Costa Rica, Jessica delivered on my request for assistance to arrange a round trip flight, rental car, and a beautiful, friendly hotel on my modest budget. Jessica provided documents and next steps all through the process.

Jessica was absolutely amazing to work with. She answered any questions that we had quickly and promptly. While in the Dominican Republic there was a slight issue that needed handled, and Jessica immediately helped resolve the problem with the resort. If you are looking for a travel agent I would high recommend working with Jessica for your future travels.

Jessica has helped me plan 4 trips to Disney World in the past 10 years. Every time, she was unbelievable helpful and planned every aspect of our trip from recommending and booking the hotels, the itinerary for our week long vacations including parks and restaurants and extra experiences. She knows all of the tips and tricks about the parks and rides and helps with choosing lightning lanes, which rides and attractions to go to first and more. As my children got older, she has helped and suggested changes to our trip for the older children, including helping us add on 2 days at Universal on our most recent trip. She has never not been able to answer my questions and she is very timely in responding. Our trips have been so enjoyable because of her planning!
