I began planning my wedding and honeymoon shortly after the pandemic began and even had to change the dates of the honeymoon completely at one point due to unforeseen circumstances. Where do I begin.. Andrea has been a blessings to my husband and I as we planned our honeymoon. From beginning to end she was professional, detailed, gave us options, and was always there when we reached out which was very important to us bc we were first time travelers. She always got back to me in a timely manner. While away on my honeymoon I reached out a few times about flights ect.. and again she got right back to me. She seemed so eager to help and we could tell she actually cared! Even after getting back from our honeymoon I had an issue with a refund from being overcharged when rebooking and she took care of that for me also. I couldn’t have chosen a better travel agent thank you so much Andrea! I’ll be a using Andrea for my future travel.

From the day we first reached out to Andrea to discuss the possibility of a Friends & Family cruise to Alaska, to the day we arrived back home from the trip, Andrea was amazing! She worked with us to find the perfect cruisetour, then assisted everyone in making their travel arrangements to Alaska. She also made pre and post cruise hotel reservations for those of us who wanted them.
In the months prior to our departure, Andrea was there for us, answering any questions we had, and sending us information about Alaska, the cruise itself, packing tips, and other useful information for our trip.

Very relaxing vacation!

We had a great experience working with Andrea. She asked us what we like to do on vacation. She came up with a lot of great resorts to choose from. We ultimately decided on Sandals Barbados. Leading up to the trip Andrea gave us lots of information about the resort and tips on how to make our vacation more relaxing as well as information about going through customs. Our flight had a connection in Miami. Due to bad weather going down we landed late in Miami and therefore missed our connecting flight to Barbados. The airline helped us get another flight that evening. I texted Andrea to ask if I should contact the resort since we were getting a shuttle from the airport. Andrea jumped right in contacting the resort and making all the arrangements for our late arrival. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary on this trip. Andrea went ahead and booked us a dinner reservation at one of the exclusive restaurants on the resort for our anniversary.

We decided to postpone due to COVID restrictions and Andrea assisted me with cancelation and securing a travel credit for future use. Not only ensuring we would get one of the best Rock Star Suites, but made arrangements to have 12 of our best friends join us right down on the hall on the 14th floor! Andrea was fantastic! Our trip to and from the resort was seamless thanks to Andrea's detailed instructions and the airport lounge! I was traveling with 3 young kids, so that was really important to me. The resort she recommended was perfect for the whole family. Everything there was fun filled with sailing, snorkeling, banana boat rides, pools, water slides, shows, and great food! The views from the beach were breathtaking. We also enjoyed an incredible excursion to the Dunns waterfall! The absolute highlight of the trip was a private dinner on the beach to celebrate my mom's birthday. There was great food, music, dancing, and the kids playing on the beach into the night!! I can't say enough about the entire experience! Andrea knew exactly what to plan to make it the most amazing and memorable experience for our entire family!
