Assistance with Travel during Covid 19 pandemic

Jamie is professional and timely. We traveled in the South Pacific on a cruise ship during this Coronavirus pandemic, and Jamie stayed right with us as we had to cancel and rescheduled flight reservations three times in our quest to get home. She also helped us get reimbursed for a 3 day stay in Tahiti that we could not do when French Polynesia closed its ports to cruise ships. It was very comforting knowing she was taking care of us right up to the minute we finally boarded an airplane for home.
We plan to work with Jamie in future travel plans.

We have been booking cruises with Jaime since 2008. Caribbean, Mexico, and Europe! All have been fantastic and well organized from a travel perspective. Also, her rates and on-board perks beat every other source we've seen.
One thing I would never have considered when booking ourselves was the travel insurance. After talking with her, she convinced us. Well, unfortunately, on our last trip, we had to use it and the service and benefits we received made that trip and every other trip we added before it totally worth it.

We love Jaime! She offered multiple ideas on where we could go on our three week trip throughout Italy. We decided to go through one of the companies Jaime recommended, which was Monogram, plus we added days both at the start and the end of the Monogram tour. She listened to what we wanted and took in account our concerns with traveling overseas, which helped create this amazing trip. Jaime took care of our air, hotels, transfers, etc. We loved every minute of it and Jaime was so helpful. We have used Jaime on previous trips and look forward to booking many more trips with Jaime.

I contacted Jaime to plan my trip to Florida for my sons wedding in May. She went over options as to where to fly into, rent a car and drive to destination or fly right into Key West. She went over the pros & cons of the options.
She made all the arrangements after I decided what I wanted. Unfortunately, wedding had to be postponed to August with all the restrictions due to the virus. Jaime took care of everything!
What a blessing to have the changes handled expertly . I am so glad I went with Jaime and I will contacting her for any future trips I make!

Jaime has put together multiple trips for myself and my family, and I would probably never go anywhere without her help. I don't have time to sit and analyze all the aspects of a location and infinite possibilities of things to do. I like having someone I trust who I can say "this is where I want to go... this is what I'm hoping to spend" and Jaime always provides perfect recommendations and resources. Especially when going to areas you're unfamiliar with, she always has information or tips that aren't common knowledge.
A recent trip she planned for us, she coordinated all of our transportation needs, room and accommodations, and made suggestions for fun things to do once we got there. She also gave us a heads up on things about the resort we were looking into - in some instances she'd been to specific places and could give first hand information on the atmosphere and guest culture. She's always very communicative and follows up after the trip to see how everything went.

Jaime was a real life saver. Jaime originally provided us with travel plans that seemlessly extended our vacation on a cruise ship with a stay in Tahiti. Then the virus hit. Jaime rearranged our travel plans five times in an extremely stressful time including limited communication while we were on board the ship. We were denied entry at Tahiti, Hawaii X2, and were finally allowed ashore in San Diego. Jaime's expertise, professionalism and caring gave us great peace of mind. We will never travel again without Jaime in our court.

My husband and I are not world travelers but we do vacation out of the country to someplace tropical and warm each year. We have worked with a few different agents throughout the years. Worth the Wait!

It was great working with Jaime. She is very friendly, responsive, a good communicator, and sees to every detail.
This trip was a long time coming and Jaime was there for us from the very beginning with many interactions with the tour company to make sure all was as we expected when the trip finally happened two years later.
Our trip had been cancelled and delayed due to the Pandemic and difficulties traveling. So it was truly wonderful to finally get to experience the Rocky Mountaineer Canadian train journey. It was also easy to contact Jaime during the trip when we needed something.
I will definitely contact Jaime for all our future travels!

Jaime has helped plan 2 family vacations for us so far. I love working with Jaime!! She is so conscientious of our thoughts, wants and needs. We give her thoughts on where we want to go and some basic requirements. She does the research and responds right away. She always gives us options and they usually come with a brief description on why she thinks the options would work for us. Jaime gives us time to consider the options but if we are taking too long and risking losing out on dates or discounts she gives us a friendly reminder. As for planned trips they are so organized and well planned that we just get to enjoy and not really worry about the details. She is there if we have a complication and works with us until there is a resolution. I really enjoy working with Jaime and look forward to planning more trips with her help. A Brilliant Trip with NO Glitches

A good travel agent will do research for her clients and answer their questions. Jaime always provides us this service. Before booking a trip or cruise, we often ask her to tell us the difference in prices for different rooms and what services we are provided or not provided with various rooms. When booking us a hotel, we ask her to consider price and location. She factors in all of our questions into her searches and give us clear, concise answers and as well as various options. If there appears to be some kind of an issues with our travel plans, we know we can call Jaime, and she will investigate and solve any problems.
We use her for all of our travel and appreciate her expertise, research and support.

Disneyland

I have had a great experience working with Jamie with three vacation trips in the last years. She answered all of my questions and has made all the arrangements, very easy to follow. I'm currently working on a 4th vacation to Hawaii and I had contacted her and she help me find the best island for me and my family.
