She is very sweet and a joy to work with. Recently we went on a Disney Cruise and made some important last minute changes closer to our leave date. This was my least favorite of all the rui’s I’ve been to….the food sucked and there was limited access to restrooms. Outside that the resort was beautiful and clean and staff was gracious.

The most recent trip was to Myrtle Beach, we stayed at the Doubletree resort. This resort was very close to the airport which cut down feeling rushed. I have been working with Dori for multiple trips, from sea to land. Dori has helped book not just the full air and hotel packages but also transportation. The family did a cruise and she was able to work with over fifteen people.

Dori included our TSA Pre-Check & Skymiles numbers on boarding passes. This saved us time traveling through the airport TSA checkpoint. There were no issues doing our trip.

Such an Amazing Experience! My first visit to Montego Bay Jamaica was ten years ago celebrating 40th Birthdays. Now, celebrating 50th Birthdays was Extra special and I just didn't want it to end. My experience working with Dorr, Was very good. The only thing that went wrong, Was my transportation to the port left before to the airport. We weren't held up forty five minutes on the Tirmax before we got to the terminal.

Dori was great. I personally dont like to overwhelm ppl with too many request or questions, but Dori made me feel at ease about how many request i made. She was always prompt with her replies.

The resort we stayed at (Hilton Playa del Carmen) was beautiful. We were offered a refreshing non alcoholic drink upon arrival, which was very much needed after a long (over an hour) ride from the airport. The resort was close to 5th ave, which was where there are bars and souvenior shopping. There was also a small mall nearby. I was expecting to be tucked back within the greenery, which is what i saw dropping others off on the way, but it was close to action. Hilton Playa Del Carmen offered a plethora of different restaurants. While they were different the food was basically the same; nothing to write home about. I am a bit of a picky eater, but my friend is not; Neither of us enjoyed the food... not even the upgraded steak and lobster.
