I have been cruising with my family for several years with Royal Caribbean and Disney since my son was 2 years old. Cruising is a wonderful way to have an amazing vacation experience together. We have a lot of fun and great family time!
Royal Caribbean offers amazing ships sailing around the world. Their private island experience, Perfect Day at CocoCay, will be a day that you'll never forget! They have itineraries sailing throughout the Caribbean, to Alaska and all around Europe. Their kids programs keep the younger members of your family entertained so the adults can relax and enjoy their vacation, too. Fine dining options, top rate entertainment and plenty of activities onboard will make it a cruise vacation that your family will never forget.
Disney Cruise Line also offers a unique experience for families, particularly those with smaller children that will enjoy the character interaction on board. They really cater to kids and the complete Disney immersive experience, with their menus, entertainment and kids programs focused on the Disney characters. They also offer adult only areas on their ships for some parnt time while the kids are enjoying the children's programing. Your children are only young for such a short period of time, so kids aged 3-7 will really embrace the magic of a Disney cruise. It is perfect for the young-at-heart, too!

My deceased Aunt was a client of World of Travel and her unused travel funds were allocated to me and family for usage. I dislocated my knee 4 days prior to my cruise departure date. Dori did everything should could to get the cruise re-booked at no additional cost to me! I will be forever grateful.

Family Disney Cruise

The most recent trip was to Myrtle Beach, we stayed at the Doubletree resort. This resort was very close to the airport which cut down feeling rushed. From beginning to end, Dori was absolutely amazing. She was attentive to all of our needs and answered all of our questions with no hesitation. Dori was great. I personally dont like to overwhelm ppl with too many request or questions, but Dori made me feel at ease about how many request i made. She was always prompt with her replies.
The resort we stayed at (Hilton Playa del Carmen) was beautiful. We were offered a refreshing non alcoholic drink upon arrival, which was very much needed after a long (over an hour) ride from the airport. The resort was close to 5th ave, which was where there are bars and souvenior shopping. There was also a small mall nearby. I was expecting to be tucked back within the greenery, which is what i saw dropping others off on the way, but it was close to action. Hilton Playa Del Carmen offered a plethora of different restaurants. While they were different the food was basically the same; nothing to write home about. I am a bit of a picky eater, but my friend is not; Neither of us enjoyed the food... not even the upgraded steak and lobster.

I have found Dori to be knowledgeable and very helpful as well as patient. She got us the staterooms we wanted in the location we wanted. For our recent cruise in September we given a free excursion by Dori. It included a welcome night with drinks appetizer’s. She also got a cheaper rate for our upcoming trip to Las Vegas. I would definitely recommend her for planning your vacation.
