Our trip started in Boston. Then on a 10 day Princess cruise to New England and Canada. Finally, Quebec City to Philadelphia and back to MSP. Dawnelle was instrumental in planning this vacation for us from early on. There were so many hurdles we had to overcome to make it happen. Dawnelle also was very patient and her gentle nudging of reminding us of things that needed to get done in a timely manner was crucial to making this an amazing trip. Is Dawnelle great? YES! She took care of all of our needs. We were originally scheduled to go on our trip in September but my friend misplaced her passport and did not realize it until the day before we were suppose to leave. We made a phone call, on a Saturday, to Dawnelle and she immediately got on the phone with Delta and got everything rescheduled for October and made a very stressful situation easier to handle. There was a bare minimum fee, which is totally expected, as it was our mistake. She was able to keep my friend calm and assured her everything would work out. Guess what...it did! It was a fantastic trip and we made forever memories to add to our already 30+ years of friendship. Thank you Dawnelle!

Dawnelle was super helpful the whole process. From selecting different destinations to pick from and then resorts at each destination. She recommended Mobay club which made customs in Jamaica super slick and easy! She even talked to resort staff to set up a group dinner for us!The private transfers were waiting for us and got us to and from at the proper times.

The weather was perfect! Sunny every day. Our transfer bus back to the airport was late and had to make multiple stops on the way. Made it to the airport in time but not much to spare. I do prefer the Riu Santa Fe. There were more shopping, bars and activities on site.
