Michael has planned 2 trips for us and working on a 3rd. He is incredibly knowledgeable and full of tips and tricks. He is very available when we have questions and is great at troubleshooting for us should issues arise. We wouldn’t work with anyone else.

This was our first cruise and to be honest I was very anxious about the trip. Michael put my mind at ease. He quickly answered every question or concern we had. The information that he provided was very informative regarding our ship, events, ports, etc. He checked in with us before our arrival and within a few days after we returned. We were very impressed impressed with his professional and concern for all aspects of our trip. We are looking forward to our next cruise with Michael!
