Jan nailed it! Our getaway to the desert southwest couldn't have been better. We wanted a nice non-casino hotel in Vegas for three nights (Vdara was awesome), a rental SUV, a week with no plans at all for us to drive wherever we felt like, and three days near Zion (Canyon Vista B&B).

Jan helped me plan a two-week trip up and down the coast of Maine! I went to Ogunquit, Bar Harbor, and York Harbor. The inns Jan booked were excellent, cozy, clean, and had delicious food. She also made sure to recommend local attractions and tours, and helped book the rental car. I was not disappointed. This was my first vacation in many many years and I was very daunted by the prospect of planning a vacation after COVID - she made the whole process very easy, had an excellent and clear itinerary, was in communication, and was very responsive. This is the second time I've worked with Janice, who helped me plan an amazing vacation to the Acadia National Park region last summer. This year, I wanted to go to the Pacific Northwest, and specifically around Seattle and Victoria. Jan helped me book an amazing stay and had lots of recommendations for things to do and see. The Dashwood Bed and Breakfast in particular was one of the best locations I've stayed at - right on the coast where I could hear the ocean waves. I have always been skeptical of travel agents, especially someone I did not know. I begin by asking for info. and pricing just to compare with what I could find on websites. She was so prompt and informative I continue my requests and sharing what we would like to do, which was very aggressive for us, Alaska cruise, 4 airlines in and out, 8 states, hotels, rental car, transfers, excursions, are the main things I can think of. Her advice, suggestions, quick response, and terrific attitude won me over and I turned everything over to her. She did not disappoint. We received all necessary paperwork in plenty of time with constant email updates, even reminders the day before to print boarding passes. I cannot say enough good things concerning her care for us, even making sure a cancelled excursion was refunded to us before we returned home, while SHE was on vacation herself! Janice was great, and so was our trip! We'd been living in RI for 19 years and never "visited" New York (I know, right?), and it could not have been better. Tickets were great, and Janice's suggestion to take the Circle Line cruise around Manhattan Island was perfect. We did a lot of walking, which I wanted, but found cab or subway when we wanted to. The number of "big things"each day wasn't overdone, leaving us time to wander some of the neighborhoods and eat a little here, a little there. And GREAT job arranging for perfect weather, too!!!

My sister and I just came back from Disney World few days ago and I usually do not leave reviews but I felt that this is a must! Because it was my first trip to WDW, I was clueless on where to start, but Janice made it super easy to plan the trip and book the flight. She took care of it all, gave us good traveling tips, and we ended up having such wonderful time in Orlando, stress-free! Never had I ever had a vacation that went this smoothly. Janice has planned two cruises for myself and other participants of an online cruise board, one of which was just completed: a cruise to Norway that began and ended in Amsterdam. She worked with each participant individually to determine likes/dislikes, budget, timeline, etc. She made sure that each of us had the experience that we wanted and expected. She had all the right connections abroad for good transportation, hotel stays, and sightseeing options, which made the whole trip run smoothly and efficiently.

She also planned special events for our group, such as a private canal cruise in Amsterdam with wine and appetizers, and a gathering onboard our ship that revealed a special surprise! These special events turned out to be the highlight of our trip.

Janice was so responsive to what my husband and I were looking for in a vacation. It had been quite a few years and she was "all in" to make this vacation memorable and it was. We have taken several cruises which Jan expertly handled. Each booking was effortless on our part. All we had to tell her was when and which cruiseline we wanted to explore. Jan handled the rest, even getting us upgrades that didn't know were available. We have never had a problem, snage or hiccup and we usually travel during Christmas and February school vacation weeks. Janice was super easy to work with as she planned the best way for my family of 5 to go to my brothers destination wedding in Dominican. SUPER SIMPLE & EASY. We made the plans approx 5 months prior to destination whereas a minimal deposit was requested for our trip. We were then updated on our trip as the date approached. And final payment was made. We had never traveled to Dominican before and she gave us the heads up about traveling to this country, so we were well prepared. Our (2) Rooms were joined together just like requested with an additional bed. And we were also greeted with a Huge Birthday Banner to celebrate my sons 18 Th Birthday too. Janice was awesome in helping us plan a New Year's getaway for the family. It started out as a cruise for my husband and I, but when we told family members on Thanksgiving, everyone got excited about joining us. Jan very quickly set up a family cruise page where everyone could see the options and book directly with her - she took care of payments, passports and cabin locations with each individual family. Everything was done with great efficiency and it was all pulled together in a couple of weeks, which was a HUGE relief to me, as I didn't want to have to coordinate everything, especially on such short notice! She made recommendations for cabin location for each couple based on their individual needs (for example, my daughter gets motion sickness easily, so Jan recommended she and her husband have a cabin in mid-ship, which was perfect for them!; my husband and I got a large ocean view picture window, etc). Jan also gave us some great suggestions on shore excursions and a link to a private company if we didn't want to use Carnival's shore excursions (they always have such big groups!) Most of the family split up for the excursions and then we shared stories at dinner. It was the perfect way to start off the New Year; a fun and relaxing cruise reunion without all the work that most reunions create! A BIG THANKS to Janice for all her effort in helping us have such a great trip!

I had gone on one previous cruise, but that was years ago. Janice made the whole process of selecting a cruise, finding specials, and arranging air transportation so easy. Janice did an amazing job finding the perfect cruise with the ports we wanted for our honeymoon. She listened to all our requests and her recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. The cruise was great and the room she booked for us had an amazing view of every sunrise and sunset. Janice though really came through for us on the last day of our cruise. Due to a storm we were unable to dock and had to spend an extra unexpected day at sea. This meant that we missing our flights home. Janice is the best travel professional. Period. In this online mobile connected age you do not really need a travel agent, or at least we thought so... When it comes to cruising things are a little bit different, as with the pax volumes cruise lines do not really talk to you or do any hand holding. Well, Janice will do both, and will get you the best deal, will monitor the price and will re-book you if it goes down, she is also an expert when it comes to finding activities and tours ashore, and every time we get to our cabin, there is always little something from her, to make the start of our voyage even more special. We cruise twice a year on average and book all our cruises through Janice. Definitely happy customers here!
