She set me up with the most unbelievable vacation in Turks and Caicos and I didn't have to lift a finger except for packing. My guess is if I asked her to pack for me, she would have. She booked the rental car, the slope side apartment, the ski passes and the flight tickets. We used to search, plan and buy our ski trips ourselves. Nancy always does her due diligence and follows through on the bookings of her trips. She makes a point of making sure all of your needs are met and if their is an issue she will address it immediately
I went with Nancy on a trip to Croatia in June of 2021 and it was a difficult time due to traveling during covid and she executed all of the requirements for all passengers which allows me to travel without the stress .

Scandinavia in November made great by Nancy Bradford

We just went on a fabulous trip with Nancy Bradford to Scandinavia. She organized the first half for us in Norway and Sweden and then we joined her in Helsinki for a tour with Collette in Finland. Granted November is the worst month to travel in Scandinavia but our ultimate goal was to see the Northern Lights. We were not disappointed as we saw them every night in Lapland. Every aspect of this trip was coordinated with attention to our requests. Nancy’s agents found great hotels and purchased all the transportation tickets for the Norway in a Nutshell tour. We couldn’t have been more pleased. In addition, Nomadic Travel’s app is fantastic. Sometimes it alerted us of changes in our flights before the airline app actually did!

The week at Couples Swept Away was truly amazing...the people so very friendly and there was so many activities scheduled if you tired of relaxing on the best beach ever. My husband and I signed up for the Christmas Market trip with Nancy in 2022 from Amsterdam to Basal Switzerland on a Viking River Cruise,I also joined her on a Canadian ski trip 2017. The woman is amazing at planning a trip so you are able to get the most out of your journey.
I will always remember the trip during a snowstorm that the airline wanted to cancel our passage from Boston to Canadian Rockies for a ski trip. She had all 40 people rerouted on a plane to Utah put up in hotels with transportation to connect the next morning to our original destination without a single up charge. She knows the travel business and I would not hesitate to utilize her expertise for the best trip you will ever experience.

Nancy was fantastic!!! My travel companion had never been to Italy before so she guided us and made great suggestions on where to go knowing our interests. Picked fabulous hotels, booked tours, trains and drivers for certain locations which made travelling much less stressful. Always very easy to contact and communicate with. Our first experience with Nancy was on a Viking river cruise on the Rhine River to visit the Christmas Markets. She organized a group of us to go on the trip and found a number of great deals for us. It was a wonderful time! Since then, we have engaged Nancy to help us plan and schedule a trip to take our nieces to Italy (not an organized tour). She was fantastic, again finding great deals on both airfare and hotels. Unfortunately, just prior to the trip, we had to cancel the whole thing and Nancy was a lifesaver! She not only helped us cancel everything, she then walked us through the obnoxious process of trying to get reimbursement from the travel insurance company. I can definitely say that Nancy goes above and beyond in helping to make travel experiences doable and enjoyable, as well as helping to pick up the pieces when things take an unforeseen turn.

Stress Free Vacation!

I really can't say enough about Nancy! We were on a tight budget and didn't want to go anywhere either of us had been before. Nancy researched everything for us. We didn't have to lift a finger. She found our perfect getaway, all-inclusive! Got an incredible price! It also was a huge relief to know that if anything happened on our trip we could just call Nancy and she would take care of it for us. I never realized how much easier going on vacation was if you use a travel agent. I highly recommend Nancy Bradford!
