Not only was she able to book us a trip that included what we wanted, but she was able to please all of our parents. 5 years later, Leslie booked my soon to be fiancé and I's trip to Mexico. Leslie listens first, and then asks questions so she can lower our travel costs. She offers suggestions. When I didn't have a frequent flier program, she set one up for me and I didn't have to do a thing. She's totally on top of all the little details that can make or break your vacation.

We didn't have a clue where to stay in Downtown San Antonio, but Leslie had just the right boutique hotel in mind, right on the Riverwalk. The feel of the place just said VACAY, so the experience was way more relaxed and fun than it would have been had we stayed in a more corporate hotel.

For over a decade Leslie has given special attention to our travel needs. She has always given a great recommendation and stayed within our budget. When there was an issue, I called Leslie from vacation and she had it solved in an hour. She is hard working and very knowledgeable.

We traveled to the Royalton in Mexico over Thanksgiving 2016. Food and drink is topshelf. Great for kids 8 and under. The cater to families but the resort is big enough to escape for a breather. (We brought grandma and grandpa). Great resort but dinner took forever for the 1st 3 days, I called Leslie..... reservations for the next 3 days with no waiting!

My wife both knew we wanted to visit St. Lucia but were worried we would be misled as we have never worked with a travel agent before. Fortunately, however, we found Leslie at Travel Leaders and based on the incredible reviews we read we gave it a shot. I can say confidently we are beyond grateful that we were able to work with her. Everything was perfect, from Leslie providing us with ideas and options in St. Lucia, to her being upfront on the costs and process from when we left Detroit until we returned home it was fantastic. Leslie's attention to detail and thorough explaining of what to expect removed all of our worries. Once we arrived to St. Lucia everything was perfect, the island is beautiful and the people are incredibly friendly. We stayed at Coconut Bay which was fantastic, the food and drinks were incredible I absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to work with Leslie and we cannot wait to plan another beautiful trip with her again!

Over the years we have booked many trips through Travel Leaders with Leslie Roberts as our agent. The first trip was to Australia and New Zealand ten years ago. We had talked about taking this trip for years and lucked out when we found Leslie who suggested a Globus Tour. This tour was exactly what we were looking for and Leslie was able to answer all our questions for us and if she didn't know the answer off hand, she found out for us. She always makes sure we have a number to call if we run into a problem but we have never had to use it. When it was time to take our next trip we knew immediately who to call. Leslie always takes a personal interest in our trips and we feel like we're talking to an old friend when she calls upon our return to check that everything has gone well.

I decided to walked intoTravel Leaders as I was driving by, had never been there before. I was in the process of planning my wedding and honeymoon and was trying to decide what island to visit. I met with Leslie and she suggested St. Lucia... We'd visited many islands, but hadn't been there. Well she couldn't have suggested a better place to vacation for our honeymoon! It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the resort we stayed in, The Landings, was gorgeous! Our villa was truly amazing... from the private plunge pool/jacuzzi to the fully stocked kitchen... Definitely felt like home away from home! Leslie also suggested we check out the Friday Night Street Party that the locals have every week... It was the best time.! We had so much fun trying the array of food the locals cooked up and the music and dancing kept the party going. Everyone there, the tourists and locals, had a great time mingling together! A definite must when visiting St. Lucia! We enjoyed everything! Thank you Leslie!
