Kim Johnston's assistance with our trip to Spain and London was great. Kim helped us plan our trip and arranged the flights, accommodations, tours and private transfers to/from airports. The packet of information she provided, along with all necessary vouchers, was complete and received in a timely manner.

All guides and private transport personnel were on time and very professional. Kim suggested and arranged some tours that really enriched our travel experience. We especially enjoyed the tours Kim arranged with Tours By Locals and Amigo Tours. The accommodations were very good - centrally located, convenient to transportation, clean and had everything we needed.

Our trip to Spain and London was hassle-free due to using a travel agent who is diligent, professional, and gets it right the first time. We would recommend Kim Johnston to anyone.

Kim helped me plan my family's recent holiday vacation to Germany for Christmas 2017. When I first contacted Kim with a tentative plan, Kim helped with some advice and decisions on sites to see and towns to visit. I proposed to my girlfriend on the trip and she said yes...coincidence?!?

We had an incredible Greek vacation that was made possible with the help of our travel agent Kim. Her advice and assistance with planning helped us make the most of our travel budget, with minimal hassles and peace of mind knowing that our travel, accommodations, timing, and specific activities were well-researched and pre-arranged. Her assistance at every step helped make this the trip of a lifetime.

Kim made sure to plan all of our flights and hotel changes in a way where we didn't have to wait around for check in times. Everything went smoothly and we got to just relax and enjoy every moment in the Philippines. She even set us up to be a part of an auction for better seats at a cheaper price for our flight back home, which we won! So we got to end our trip in business class, with seats that lay all the way down for our 12 hour flight back home for half the price it would have usually cost us. What a great trip! We will be using Kim Johnston again for our future vacations 100 percent!

48Lex is a hidden gem. The room is quite large, the bed just right and the staff very accommodating. Kim has ALWAYS steered us to quality and enjoyable trip!

She responds quickly to questions and is very thorough in making sure all "T" are crossed and "I" dotted. Our recent trip was complicated and involved. It included international flights, airport pick ups, rail travel, and lots of tours in Scotland, England, Prague, Munich, and Paris. Not a hitch. Way to go Kim. She was extremely easy to work with, and when I had a complication and had to shorten my itinerary, she did a fabulous job!

I have had the pleasure of working with Kim for two trips to France and Spain and am SOLD on the benefits of working with someone as knowledgeable as Kim and the Travel Leaders. She took care of all our transportation needs and booked some excellent tours for us. We got to see and learn about the different places we visited that we would not otherwise have gotten to. I have used Kim as my travel agent twice once for travel within the US which was great and a second time for a Barcelona trip to take a Viking Cruise. Kim is a fantastic Travel agent great with attention to detail and a really great listener. She met all of our request and planned a trip of a life time right down to every last important detail.

Kim was extremely helpful in helping us navigate our recent trip to The Cotswolds and Peak District in England. She was able to book all of the garden tours we were interested in and the hotels we stayed in were wonderful. Furthermore, we decided to change our itinerary and she was able to get us a full refund for the segment we cancelled. She also rented us a beautiful car and gave us a detailed schedule of our daily events and the areas we were visiting.

Kim was very accommodating of my schedule and gave me options in my travel to insure a good trip. This was international travel and the trip dates had to be changed to accommodate Covid testing availability in South Africa. She also found the best carrier to provide economy seating that was comfortable for a plane trip half way around the world.

Kim was a delight to work with! It was extremely helpful and insightful that she had been to the places I was heading to! Can't wait to work with her again!

I found Kim by sheer accident, and what a lucky break. She spent so much time coordinating our trip happily handled all the changes that I kept making and booked the most amazing tours for our vacation. To be honest I didn’t understand a lot of the tours that she had booked, until we arrived and the tour group so she booked us with treated as well , and I feel one above and beyond .
