I loved working with Shoreline from my first meeting with Andrea to my final few, urgent requests to Meredith for my guests. I'm in my 60s and generally have not taken vacations to resorts, preferring to stay in a city or area with a lot going on. This wedding trip to Cabo was a lot of fun and it was great to be in a self-contained place with everyone attending. The hotel was very nice, the pools were great, and the food was really terrific. I don't drink, so didn't take advantage of the open bars but many others did! :)

Every step of the trip went smoothly. Upon arriving at the airport in Punta Cana, I was able to connect with a Renny Travel representative and was provided transportation with no issues. Check in at the resort also went without a problem. During my stay, every interaction with resort staff was a pleasant experience. I would like to highlight the fact that my Butler, Larisa Rodriguez was extremely helpful. She was readily available when I needed assistance and pleasantly answered any question I had and assisted me in getting to where I wanted to go in the resort. My room was more than satisfactory, with a beautiful view of the beach and water from my balcony. Checkout went very smooth, including assistance with my luggage. And again, Renny Travel was ready for me and provided a pleasant trip back to the airport.

The Perfect Destination Wedding!

Andrea and her team were incredible to work with leading up to our wedding in Mexico. She helped us not only find the perfect resort for us, but also helped when the wedding team at the resort was not communicating with us very well. She stepped in and reached out to them several times and they got back to us right away each time she reached out. She made the selection process much less overwhelming than it seemed at first by answering all of our questions and walking us through the process from the very beginning. I also have to give Meredith a huge shout out for arranging all of the travel details for us and our group! We had around 80 guests and a lot of them were not experienced travelers. Meredith made the process so easy for them and quickly responded to countless questions from us and many of our guests. The whole team helped make the trip and wedding go so smoothly and it truly helped ease a lot of the stress that comes with planning a wedding and a trip of this size!
