Well planned made for worry free travel

Our agent, CJ, was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. We picked the resort we wanted to stay at based on a friend's review. We were not as happy with this resort as we had hoped for. Lack of entertainment at the resort, no TV's in the rooms, and only one restaurant on the grounds. Our travel agent, CJ, was awesome and our complaints about the resort are no reflection on our agent. Keep up the good work CJ.

Great scenery, great experience with Lindblad Expeditions

Our trip to Alaska was absolutely seamless. We moved from one venue to another without a hitch. It was so well put together that once we put luggage on a train and end up at our hotel room, even though we had other tours between getting off the train and arriving at our hotels, even the taxi cab was such that I had to do was give them an account number and it was paid for included.

I stopped at Higgins Travel without an appointment and CJ Larson was able to fit me into his busy schedule. He may have even missed lunch! I needed flights to Oaxaca, Mexico and from Puerto Escondido, Mexico for three people, out of two different airports. I had tried to look online at various options and became totally confused. CJ was able to simplify the process and found us flights with short layovers but enough time to clear customs before connecting to the next flight. We were so grateful that he was able to do this on short notice. CJ is completely approachable yet professional and knowledgeable.
