Stephany is patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. She has planned multiple trips for me. With my first trip with Stephany, she learned of a problem at the resort a couple of days before I was scheduled to arrive and quickly came up with an excellent Plan B. Due to her being on top of things, we were able to enjoy the trip worry free.
On my second trip, she scored us an free upgrade and additional savings. A day or two before we were scheduled to fly back to the states, a major storm was coming and we were facing potential flight cancellations. I talked with Stephany multiple times to figure out the best course of action and we came up with a plan.
She also helps me think through whatever trip idea I have and is eager to provide recommendations. It's always good to have some one to advocate on your behalf if necessary. I highly recommend her.
